The TD 3x230V Schuko distribution board is a compact distribution device designed for temporary electrical power in locations without permanent infrastructure. Equipped with three Mennekes single-phase sockets (German Schuko Type F system), it allows for the simultaneous connection of three receivers with a rated current of up to 16 A each - power tools, work lighting, or measuring equipment.

The housing made of technopolymer ensures mechanical resistance and a lightweight construction. The front plate is grey RAL 7035, while the back of the housing is black. The door is made of polycarbonate - a material resistant to impact and weather conditions. An EPDM rubber seal effectively protects the interior from moisture and dust.

Equipment and wiring

The distribution board is delivered fully wired - the installer connects it directly to the power line via the included PG-16 cable gland. Inside, a TH/TS 35 rail is installed, allowing for expansion with additional protection or measuring elements. The wiring is made of H07V-K single-core wires with a cross-section of 2,5 mm² (yellow-green protective conductor, black, and blue), which guarantees a safe connection at loads up to 48 A.

The set also includes a complete set of stainless steel mounting screws and blanking plugs - everything ready for surface mounting.

Operating parameters and standards

The device operates at a rated voltage of 230 V AC / 50 Hz and a rated current of 48 A. The short-circuit strength is ≤ 10 kA, and the rated voltage of the housing reaches 1000 V. The IP54 protection rating means dust-tightness and resistance to water jets from any direction.

The distribution board meets the requirements of CE, CEI-23-48/49, IEC 670, and IEC 61439-3 standards regarding distribution boards for temporary use. The manufacturer - Doktorvolt - holds the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certificate issued by TÜV SÜD.
