Professional power supply for construction sites and workshops

The TD construction distribution board, equipped with eight single-phase sockets, is a complete solution for electrical energy distribution in temporary conditions. The surface-mounted enclosure with dimensions 360 × 250 × 200 mm houses twelve modules arranged in a single row - this keeps the distribution board compact and easy to transport between workstations.

The enclosure is made of technopolymer, the door of polycarbonate, and the entire unit is sealed with EPDM rubber. Stainless steel mounting screws and an IP54 protection rating mean resistance to dust and splashing - the distribution board will perform well both in a closed workshop and on an open construction site in rain or dust.

The front plate is grey RAL 7035, and the rear is black - this detail is of practical importance when mounting on a wall, where only the elegant front part is visible.

Schuko sockets and electrical parameters

Eight 230 V / 16 A sockets in the German Schuko standard (2P+E) provide universal power for portable devices. Each socket has its own IP54 sealing class. The rated current of the entire device is 128 A, with an operating voltage of 230/400 V. The short-circuit strength ICC is ≤ 10 kA, and the RDF coefficient is 1, which means full continuous load without reduction.

Internal wiring is made of H07V-K flexible cables with a cross-section of 2,5 mm² (yellow-green protective, black phase, blue neutral) and an additional blue 6 mm² wire. The cables comply with CPR and RoHS standards.

The set includes a TH/TS 35 rail, a PG-16 cable gland, and a complete set of mounting screws with caps. The distribution board is ready for connection - simply feed the supply wires through the PG gland.
