Professional power supply for construction sites and field use

The TD-S construction distribution board is a complete solution for electrical power distribution in locations without a permanent installation - on construction sites, during roadworks, in temporary workshops, or during outdoor events. The device provides a rated current of up to 96 A at a voltage of 230/400 V, allowing for the simultaneous powering of both small accessories (drills, lighting) and heavy industrial machinery requiring power supply.

The surface-mounted enclosure with dimensions of 360 × 250 × 200 mm accommodates 12 modules on a single TH-35 rail. Thanks to this, the distribution board is compact enough to easily fit on a pole, a hall wall, or even in the trunk of a delivery van - the crew can always have it with them.

Socket equipment and overcurrent protection

On board, you will find four single-phase sockets (230 V, 16 A) in the French system with a grounding pin and two five-pole power sockets (400 V, 32 A) Type 3451 - these red plugs are the standard throughout Europe and fit most construction machinery without any problems. All sockets have an IP44 ingress protection rating, so they are not afraid of dust or accidental splashing.

Each socket has its own overcurrent protection - breakers with C characteristic: for 230 V sockets, these are two-position C16 single-pole (10 kA), and for power sockets - C32 three-pole (also 10 kA). The 3F/8M/12 mm² busbar with end caps ensures proper load distribution between phases.

Construction resistant to field conditions

The enclosure is made of technopolymer - a material resistant to impact and atmospheric conditions. The front plate is gray (RAL 7035), while the back remains black - this is a typical stylistic choice by the manufacturer. The door is made of polycarbonate, which maintains transparency even after years of use and allows for monitoring the status of the devices without opening the distribution board.

The mounting screws are stainless steel - they do not rust even when working in the rain. The EPDM rubber gasket presses the door evenly against the entire perimeter of the enclosure, allowing the declared IP44 tightness to be maintained despite repeated opening. The set also includes a PG-16 cable gland for the power supply cable and CLIPFIX 35-5 end holders.

Internal wiring consists of H07V-K control cables with cross-sections of 2.5 mm² and 4 mm² in yellow-green (protective), black (phase), and blue (neutral) colors - all compliant with the CPR and RoHS directives.

Standards and certificates confirming quality

The manufacturer Doktorvolt possesses an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD. The distribution board itself meets the requirements of CE, CEI-23-48/49, and IEC 61439 standards. The overcurrent breakers have additional homologation according to CSN EN 60898, SN EN 60947-2 standards, and EFS, EFC, and VDE approvals - which is important for supplying devices to Central European markets.

An RDF coefficient of 0.9 means a high load capacity during continuous operation - the distribution board does not overheat even when using the full power of all sockets simultaneously.
