Weather-resistant enclosure

The TD-S distribution board excels where standard solutions fail - on open construction sites, during roadworks, or in industrial halls where dust, moisture, and changing weather conditions are a daily occurrence. The enclosure, made of technopolymer, provides resistance to mechanical impact and chemical substances typical for construction environments. The front plate in grey RAL 7035 has an aesthetic finish, while the black rear plate additionally masks dirt.

A sealing level of IP65 is achieved thanks to a precisely fitted gasket made of EPDM rubber - a material resistant to UV radiation, ozone, and a wide range of operating temperatures. The transparent polycarbonate door allows for continuous monitoring of the modular equipment status without the need to open it, which is essential during intensive operation. The stainless steel mounting screws do not corrode even with long-term exposure to atmospheric conditions.

Enclosure dimensions of 360 × 250 × 185 mm with a surface-mounted design mean a compact format - the distribution board does not take up much space on a wall or a temporary structure. A PG-16 cable gland is included, enabling the entry of power cables.

Complete set of sockets for various devices

The distribution board offers connection flexibility thanks to four sockets with different parameters:

• Two Schuko sockets (German Type F system) with a voltage of 230 V / 16 A and IP68 sealing - dedicated to power tools, work lighting, and portable workshop equipment.
• Red power socket with a 5-pin (3P+N+PE) configuration, voltage of 400 V / 32 A, and IP67 sealing - for powering heavy-duty construction machinery.
• Red power socket with a 5-pin configuration, voltage of 400 V / 16 A, and IP67 sealing - for smaller industrial devices or welding machines.

The power sockets and Schuko sockets (model 10808) come from a European manufacturer specializing in electrical accessories - this ensures durable connections and resistance to wear during frequent plugging and unplugging.

Overcurrent protection

Each socket has its own protection line - a key feature for safety when working on a construction site:

• Power sockets are protected by Type C circuit breakers: C32 (3-pole) and C16 (3-pole) with a breaking capacity of 10 kA.
• Schuko sockets are protected by two C16 (1-pole) circuit breakers, also with a breaking capacity of 10 kA.

The circuit breakers hold VDE certificates and comply with CSN EN 60898 standards (for household and similar use) and SN EN 60947-2 (for industrial applications). A breaking capacity of ≤10 kA means that the equipment will effectively interrupt the circuit even during a serious short circuit.

The wiring is made of H07V-K control wires with cross-sections of 2.5-4 mm², allowing the distribution board to be loaded with a rated current of up to 80 A. The three-phase busbar with a working conductor cross-section of 12 mm² ensures an even distribution of the load between phases.

Production takes place in a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The distribution board meets the requirements of the low voltage directive (CE) and the IEC/EN 61439-3 construction standard for distribution boards.
