Professional power supply for construction sites and outdoor use

The TD-S construction distribution board is a complete solution for electrical energy distribution in locations without permanent infrastructure. Equipped with Mennekes sockets - both power and single-phase - it allows for the simultaneous powering of devices with different voltage requirements. A rated current of 64 A and a voltage of 230/400 V ensure the device can handle both small power tools and large construction machinery.

The enclosure accommodates 12 modules in a single row and has dimensions of 360 × 250 × 125 mm. It is made of technopolymer - a material resistant to impact and atmospheric conditions. Polycarbonate doors provide visibility of the internal apparatus without the need to open them. The front plate is gray RAL 7035, while the rear is black - a typical solution that facilitates aesthetic mounting on plaster or concrete.

Sockets and internal apparatus

On board, you will find:

• Power socket red 400 V / 32 A (5-pole) Mennekes Typ 3451 - for powering industrial machines, compressors, or concrete mixers;
• Two single-phase sockets 230 V / 16 A in the French system (with grounding pin) - for hand power tools, work lighting, or chargers;
• Each socket has its own overcurrent protection: a C32 circuit breaker for the power socket (3-pole) and two C16 circuit breakers for the single-phase sockets (single-pole). The breaking capacity is 10 kA, so the apparatus will operate reliably even during a heavy short circuit.

The 3F + N + PE / 12 mm² busbar with end caps ensures the correct connection of all elements. CLIPFIX 35-5 end holders from Phoenix Contact hold the busbar stably in the guides.

Resistance and operating conditions

The IP44 protection rating means the enclosure is sealed against objects >1 mm and splashing water from any direction - sufficient for outdoor work under a roof or in light rain. The EPDM rubber gasket maintains flexibility even at negative temperatures.

The enclosure insulation voltage is 1000 V, providing a significant safety margin for construction installations. An RDF coefficient of 0.9 indicates the continuous load capacity - the distribution board can operate for extended periods at a load close to the nominal value without the risk of overheating.

Mounting screws are made of stainless steel - they do not corrode even in the moisture typical of construction sites. A PG-16 cable gland for introducing power cables is also included.

Standards and certificates

Production takes place in a management system certified by TÜV SÜD (ISO 9001:2015). The device itself meets the requirements of the CE directive, standards CEI-23-48/49, IEC/EN 61439, and IEC/670. The overcurrent circuit breakers have additional certification according to CSN EN 60898, EN 60947-2 standards, and EFS, EFC, and VDE approvals.

Internal wiring is made of H07V-K flexible conductors (cross-section 2.5-4 mm²) in yellow-green (protective), black (phase), and blue (neutral) colors - in accordance with CPR regulations and the RoHS directive.
