Ready-made solution for power distribution on construction sites

The Doktorvolt TD-S/FI construction distribution board is a fully equipped electrical distribution board designed for the temporary power supply of construction sites, workshops, and industrial areas. The device is delivered fully wired and ready for immediate connection - simply mount it on a wall and plug in the power cable.

Socket equipment and circuit configuration

The distribution board offers three sockets in different standards:

• Power socket - one CEE 400 V / 16 A socket in red (Type 1385) with an IP44 ingress protection rating. Designed to power heavy three-phase devices - welders, concrete mixers, compressors.
• Two Schuko sockets - single-phase 230 V / 16 A sockets in the German standard (model 11011) with increased IP54 protection. They protect against dust and water jets, making them suitable even for partially covered workstations.

Each circuit has its own overcurrent protection - a single-phase C16 circuit breaker for each Schuko socket and a three-phase C16 circuit breaker for the power socket. The breakers have a breaking capacity of 10 kA. Additionally, the device is equipped with an RCCB residual current circuit breaker with parameters of 40 A / 30 mA, which protects the user against electric shock from indirect contact - i.e., when an insulation failure causes voltage to appear on the enclosure of a connected device.

Enclosure and operating conditions

The enclosure is made of technopolymer - a material resistant to mechanical impact and weather conditions. Polycarbonate doors allow for monitoring the status of the modules without the need to open them. The gray front plate in RAL 7035 color blends well with typical industrial environments.

An EPDM rubber seal maintains a sealing level of IP44, which means protection against solid objects and water splashes from all directions. A PG-16 cable gland is included, allowing the power cable to be introduced without compromising the enclosure's sealing.

The enclosure dimensions are 360 × 250 × 200 mm, accommodating 12 modules on a single 35 mm wide TH rail. Stainless steel mounting screws do not corrode even with long-term exposure to moisture.

Components and compliance with standards

The wiring is made of H07V-K insulated wires with cross-sections of 2,5 mm² and 4 mm², which meet the requirements of construction installations in terms of current-carrying capacity. The three-phase (3F) busbar with a cross-section of 12 mm² accommodates eight modules (8M) and allows for proper phase distribution even under full load of all sockets simultaneously.

The distribution board meets the requirements of the CE directive, the CEI-23-48/49 standard, and IEC 670. The residual current circuit breaker complies with the IEC61009-1 and EN61009-1 series standards applicable in the European Union. The overcurrent breakers meet the requirements of the CSN EN60898 and SN EN60947-2 standards, confirmed by EFS, EFC, and VDE certificates.
