Complete construction site protection - two power zones

The TD-S/FI distribution board is a professional solution for construction sites, industrial plants, and workshops requiring simultaneous power supply for devices with different power consumption parameters. Equipped with two Mennekes power sockets with a rated voltage of 400 V / 32 A and four single-phase sockets in the French system (with grounding pin) with a voltage of 230 V / 16 A, it allows for the connection of both heavy construction machinery and power tools or work lighting - simultaneously and without the need to expand the installation.

The enclosure, made of technopolymer with dimensions 360 × 250 × 200 mm, ensures adequate structural rigidity while maintaining a low mass. The grey RAL 7035 front plate and black rear plate give the distribution board an aesthetic, professional appearance - important especially during investor handovers and health and safety (HSE) inspections. For connection durability, stainless steel screws are used, and the door seal is made of EPDM rubber, which maintains flexibility across a wide temperature range.

Protections - complete protection in one enclosure

The distribution board requires no additional expansion - all protective elements are already factory-installed:

• Residual Current Circuit Breaker (RCCB) Type A with parameters 63 A / 30 mA / 4P protects against leakage current and meets indirect touch protection requirements in accordance with applicable standards.
• Two C32 MCBs (3-pole, 10 kA) protect the power socket circuits.
• Two C16 MCBs (1-pole, 10 kA) protect the single-phase socket circuits.

The 3F / 11M / 12 mm² busbar with a complete set of end caps enables quick connection of supply cables and distribution to individual circuits.

Resistance and operating conditions

The enclosure protection rating is IP44, which means effective protection against solid objects >1 mm and water splashes from all directions - sufficient for work on open construction sites in rain or intense dust. The set also includes a PG-16 cable gland to facilitate the entry of supply cables.

Internal wiring is made of H07V-K flexible insulated wires in yellow-green (protective), black, and blue (phase/neutral) with cross-sections from 2.5 to 6 mm², ensuring adequate current-carrying capacity for each circuit.

Standards and certificates

Production takes place in a management system certified by TÜV SÜD. The distribution board complies with the requirements of the CE directive, and standards CEI-23-48/49 and IEC 670. The residual current circuit breaker complies with the IEC 61009-1 / EN 61009-1 / PN-EN-61009-1 series of standards, and the MCBs comply with CSN EN 60898 and SN EN 60947-2 standards.
