Complete protection for construction sites and workshops

The TD-S/FI distribution board is a ready-to-use distribution device that excels wherever safe and multi-point electrical power supply is needed. In a single surface-mounted technopolymer enclosure, the user receives both power sockets adapted for heavy loads and standard 230 V sockets for connecting hand tools, lighting, or small workshop equipment.

The design, based on 12 modules in one row, allows for an orderly arrangement of modular apparatus behind a grey front plate RAL 7035. The entire unit is enclosed in an enclosure with an IP44 ingress protection rating, which means protection against objects larger than 1 mm and splashing - sufficient for outdoor use, but in locations sheltered from direct water streams.

Enclosure and construction

The enclosure is made of technopolymer - a material resistant to impact and weather conditions. The polycarbonate door ensures visibility of the live apparatus and easy access to the interior without the need to dismantle the entire distribution board. The EPDM rubber seal maintains flexibility across a wide temperature range, and the stainless steel mounting screws do not corrode even with long-term exposure to moisture.

The dimensions of the enclosure with installed sockets are 360 × 250 × 200 mm - the compact format facilitates transport and mounting on poles, hall walls, or temporary steel structures. A PG-16 cable gland is included, allowing for the introduction of power cables.

Electrical equipment and protection

The heart of the distribution board is a residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) Type A with parameters 63 A / 30 mA / 4-pole, which protects all circuits exiting the device from the effects of indirect contact. This solution eliminates the need for additional protective devices on the consumer installation side.

The power zone consists of two CEE sockets of the Mennekes type (400 V / 32 A / IP44) - red, industrial plugs commonly used on construction sites and in production plants. Each socket is protected by a C32 / 3-pole / 10 kA miniature circuit breaker, which guarantees selective operation even during significant short-circuit currents.

The comfort zone consists of four single-phase Mennekes Schuko sockets (230 V / 16 A / IP54) - a German standard designated as Type F, compatible with most European safety plugs. Their higher IP54 ingress protection rating allows for connecting devices even in environments with higher dust or humidity. Protection is provided by two C16 / single-pole / 10 kA circuit breakers.

The wiring is made of H07V-K flexible wires with cross-sections ranging from 2.5 to even 10 mm², ensuring adequate load current carrying capacity without excessive heating of the conductors.

The TD-S/FI distribution board is suitable as a power source:

• during independent single-family house construction.

The device meets the requirements of CE, IEC/EN 61009-1 standards for residual current circuit breakers and standards for distribution board enclosures according to IEC/EN/IEC670. The manufacturer has implemented a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard - which translates to the repeatable quality of every unit leaving the production line.

Thanks to factory wiring and TH35 DIN rail end caps, the distribution board is ready for immediate connection - simply bring the power cable to the PG gland and connect it to the main busbar.
