Comprehensive power supply for construction sites and outdoor areas

The TD-S/FI switchgear is a ready-to-use distribution device designed for temporary electrical power in locations without a permanent installation - on construction sites, roadworks, in workshops, and for organizing outdoor events. A complete set of distribution apparatus protecting both power circuits (400 V) and standard 230 V sockets is housed in a single surface-mounted enclosure. The entire unit is factory-wired and ready for connection without additional assembly work.

Sockets and protections - full coverage of needs

The device is equipped with two Mennekes power sockets with an IP67 ingress protection rating - one five-pin 400 V / 32 A (type 240A) and one 400 V / 16 A (type 228A). These sockets allow for the connection of portable construction machinery, welders, or generators. Also available are four Mennekes sockets in the German Schuko system (2P+E) with a voltage of 230 V / 16 A each - sufficient to power electric tools, work lighting, or office equipment on a construction site.

Safety is ensured by a set of SEZ-Krompachy circuit breakers:

• C32 3P and C16 3P - protection for power sockets,
• two C16 1P - protection for Schuko sockets,
• SEZ Type A RCCB residual current circuit breaker with parameters 40 A / 30 mA / 4P - protection against indirect contact for the entire system.

The 3F /11M /12 mm² busbar with a complete set of covers ensures proper phase distribution in the switchgear.

Enclosure - durability in harsh conditions

The enclosure is made of technopolymer - a material resistant to impact and weather conditions. The front plate is grey RAL 7035, and the rear is black. The door is made of polycarbonate, the seal from EPDM rubber (resistant to UV and aging), and the mounting screws from stainless steel.

The enclosure protection rating is IP54, which means dust-tight and protected against splashing water - sufficient for working in open areas with variable weather. Dimensions with the installed sockets are 360 × 250 × 200 mm, and the enclosure occupies 12 modules on a single TH35 rail.

The set includes a PG-16 cable gland, a set of mounting screws, and covers.

Standards and production quality

The manufacturer has implemented a management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The switchgear meets the requirements of the CE directive, IEC 61439 standards regarding low-voltage switchgear assemblies, and building regulations for temporary electrical installations (CEI-23-48/49, IEC 670).

The residual current circuit breaker complies with IEC 61009-1 / EN 61009-1, and the circuit breakers with CSN EN 60898 and SN EN 60947-2. The wiring is made of H07V-K control wires with cross-sections from 2.5 to 6 mm², guaranteeing the appropriate current-carrying capacity for each circuit.
