Temporary power supply on the construction site

The TD-S/FI construction distribution board is a complete solution for electrical energy distribution during construction, roadworks, and in industrial plants. Unlike simple distribution boards without protection, this model offers full overcurrent and residual current protection - you only need to connect one device to the supply to immediately have three ready-to-use circuits.

The technopolymer enclosure (black backplate) in grey RAL 7035 (front plate) ensures resistance to weather conditions and mechanical damage. The IP44 protection rating means dust tightness and protection against water splashes - sufficient for use in open areas, but without exposure to water jets.

Sockets and working circuits

The distribution board is equipped with two 230V/16A single-phase sockets (French system with grounding pin) and one 5-pin 400V/32A power socket - enabling the connection of heavy industrial machinery such as welders, three-phase concrete mixers, or compressors.

Each socket has its own overcurrent protection:

• 230V sockets → C16 1P 10kA (two circuit breakers)
• Power socket → C32 3P 10kA

Thanks to this, a failure of one consumer does not cause a power outage in the remaining circuits - this is a fundamental advantage compared to distribution boards with a single main switch.

Protection against electric shock

Personal safety is ensured by a Type A residual current device (RCD), 40A/30mA - an element required on every construction site according to health and safety regulations. It detects leakage current and instantly disconnects the power. The 30mA parameter means high sensitivity - the same as in domestic fuse boxes.

The enclosure accommodates 12 modules on a single TH35 rail. The manufacturer has ensured complete wiring using H07V-K cables with a cross-section of 2.5-6 mm² (different colors for phase, neutral, and ground) - they are already inserted and ready for connection.

Installation and certification

Surface mounting allows for quick hanging of the distribution board on a wall or connection pole. The set includes:

• Mounting screws with caps,
• PG-16 cable gland,
• End rail holders.

The manufacturer declares a rated voltage for the enclosure up to 1000V, providing a safety margin for standard construction connections. The distribution board complies with CE and IEC 61439 standards, and the production process is carried out in a certified quality management system (ISO 9001:2015).
