Professional power supply for construction sites and outdoor areas

The TD-S/FI construction distribution board with three Schuko sockets is a complete solution for electrical energy distribution in outdoor and industrial conditions. Equipped with German Mennekes sockets of IP54 class and full overcurrent and residual current protection - it allows for the safe connection of tools and devices directly at the workstation.

The technopolymer enclosure with dimensions 360 × 250 × 185 mm accommodates 12 modules in one row and is designed for surface mounting. The grey front plate in RAL 7035 and black rear ensure an aesthetic appearance while being resistant to weather conditions. The EPDM rubber seal and polycarbonate door material guarantee tightness confirmed by the IP54 class. Stainless steel mounting screws further increase the durability of the construction.

Electrical equipment and protection

The distribution board offers three single-phase 230V / 16A sockets in Schuko standard (type F), each with separate overcurrent protection C16 with a rated breaking capacity ≤10 kA. Protection against indirect contact is provided by a 40A / 30mA / 2P type A RCD, which instantly cuts off the power in the event of current leakage through the user's body.

The interior of the distribution board contains a 1F /4M /12mm² busbar with a complete set of covers and wiring made of H07V-K flexible insulated wires with cross-sections of 2,5-4 mm² in yellow-green (protective), black (phase), and blue (neutral) colors. The set also includes a PG-16 cable gland and CLIPFIX 35-5 end holders from Phoenix Contact.

The device is suitable everywhere temporary or semi-permanent power supply is needed:

The distribution board is ready for connection - simply feed the supply cable through the PG-16 gland and connect it to the input busbar.

Standards, certificates and operating conditions

Production takes place under a management system certified by TÜV SÜD (ISO 9001:2015), ensuring repeatable process quality. The enclosure complies with the IEC 670 standard, modular apparatus with EN 61009-1, and circuit breakers with EN 60898 and EN 60947-2. The entire unit is CE marked.

The rated continuous current is 40 A, the operating voltage is 230 V / 50 Hz AC, and the short-circuit breaking capacity ICC reaches ≤10 kA. A simultaneous use factor RDF of 0.9 allows for a load close to the rated power during typical use.
