Construction distribution board TD-S/FI 63A 16A 2x230V Schuko Doktorvolt 2268 DV-2268-D
Complete construction site protection
The TD-S/FI distribution board is a ready-to-use distribution device designed for the temporary power supply of construction sites, workshops, and industrial areas. Equipped with four sockets - two 400 V power sockets and two universal 230 V sockets in the German Schuko system - it allows for the simultaneous powering of both heavy construction machinery and small electrical accessories. The surface-mounted enclosure with dimensions 360 × 250 × 200 mm fits within a single row of modules (12 modules), ensuring a compact form without unnecessary wall recessing.
The construction, based on technopolymer with a grey front plate in RAL 7035 and a black back, is resistant to mechanical impacts and the atmospheric conditions found on open construction sites. The polycarbonate door, EPDM rubber seal, and stainless steel mounting screws guarantee a sealing level of IP44 for the entire enclosure and IP54 for the 230 V sockets. A PG-29 cable gland is included, allowing for the entry of power cables.
Protections and internal apparatus
Protection against electric shock is provided by a 63 A / 30 mA / 4P Type A RCCB, which detects leakage currents and cuts off the power in a fraction of a second - this is the fundamental protection against indirect contact required on every worksite. Each socket additionally has its own overcurrent protection:
| Socket | Protection | Short-circuit strength |
|---|---|---|
| Power 400 V / 63 A | C63A 3P | 10 kA |
| Power 400 V / 16 A | C16 3P | 10 kA |
| Schuko 230 V / 16 A (×2) | C16 1P | 10 kA |
The C characteristic of the overcurrent breakers means they react to current overloads with a delay proportional to the magnitude of the current - they handle startup current surges well while maintaining fast operation during short circuits. A 3F / 11M / 12 mm² busbar with a complete set of end caps ensures correct phase separation throughout the device.
Sockets and wiring
The Mennekes socket set includes:
- 1× red power socket Type 1252A - 400 V / 63 A / IP44, five-pole, for powering large machines and generators,
- 1× red power socket Type 1385 - 400 V / 16 A / IP44, five-pole, for medium-power devices,
- 2× Mennekes Type 11011 socket - 230 V / 16 A / IP54, two-pole with grounding pin (Schuko system), for power tools, lighting, and small equipment.
The wiring is made of H07V-K flexible wires with cross-sections of 2.5 mm² and 10 mm² in yellow-green (protective), blue (neutral), and black (phase) colors, complying with current CPR standard requirements regarding cable reaction to fire.
Certificates and operating conditions
The device complies with CE, CEI-23-48/49, and IEC/EN 61439 standards, and the manufacturer has implemented a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to ISO 9001:2015. The rated voltage of the enclosure is 1000 V, the rated current of the entire device is 63 A, and the maximum short-circuit breaking capacity reaches ≤10 kA. A diversity factor equal to 0.7 means that the installation designer can assume a realistic operating load without the need to sum the power of all sockets at once.
The distribution board is delivered as a complete plug-and-play solution - simply connect the power cable to the main busbar through the PG-29 gland and work can begin.
