Purpose and Protection
The TD-S/FI distribution board with eight Schuko sockets is a ready-to-use distribution device designed for professionals and individual users. The built-in SEZ residual current device with parameters 25 A / 30 mA / Type A provides protection against indirect contact - each socket is protected by a dedicated C16 circuit breaker with a rated breaking capacity of 10 kA. Thanks to this, the installation meets the requirements of the DIN 61439-3 standard, which means full compliance with regulations regarding construction distribution boards.
The enclosure made of technopolymer is characterized by resistance to impact and weather conditions. The front plate in grey RAL 7035 and the black rear give it a professional appearance, while the EPDM rubber gasket effectively protects the interior from moisture and dust. The IP44 protection rating allows for use in open areas - during roadworks, on construction sites, or when powering green areas and outdoor events.
Equipment and Components
The distribution board is delivered fully wired and ready for connection. Inside you will find:
- 8 Mennekes Schuko sockets type 11011 - German plug-socket standard, IP54, rated current 16 A, voltage 230 V, contacts with grounding pin (2P+E),
- 8 SEZ-Krompachy C16 / 10 kA single-pole circuit breakers - a separate line for each socket,
- a 9-module single-phase busbar with a 12 mm² wire cross-section,
- H07V-K cable wiring: working conductors 2,5 mm² (black and yellow-green) and a neutral conductor 6 mm² (blue),
- a PG-16 cable gland included,
- CLIPFIX 35-5 Phoenix Contact end clamps.
This saves the installer time - they do not have to independently select and install the modular devices.
Operating Parameters and Environmental Conditions
The device operates at a rated voltage of 230 V AC / 50 Hz. The maximum continuous current is 25 A, and the short-circuit current ICC does not exceed 10 kA. The diversity factor at a level of 0.7 reflects the typical load of a construction distribution board - the designed connection power can be calculated by multiplying the sum of the socket powers by this factor.
The surface-mounted enclosure with dimensions 360 × 250 × 185 mm fits a configuration of 12 modules / 1 row. The rated insulation voltage of the enclosure is 1000 V, which ensures a safe margin even during transient overvoltages. Stainless steel mounting screws guarantee a durable connection even in humid environments.
Compliance with Standards and Certificates
The distribution board meets the requirements of the EU CE directive, the IEC 670 enclosure construction standard, and the Italian standard for power and auxiliary sockets CEI-23-48/49. The residual current device has certificates compliant with the EN 61009-1 / PN-EN-61009-1 standard, and the circuit breakers have certificates according to European standards for low-voltage switchgear. Production takes place under a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD.
