Portable construction distribution board with full wiring

The TR-S distribution board is a complete electrical power distribution solution for construction sites, workshops, and industrial plants. The device is delivered fully wired and ready for immediate connection - simply plug it into the power source.

The enclosure, made of technopolymer with dimensions 310 × 275 × 120 mm, houses 12 modules arranged in a single row. The front plate is gray RAL 7035, and the rear is black. It is equipped with a convenient handle, allowing for quick movement of the device between workstations. The enclosure protection rating is IP44, meaning resistance to objects larger than 1 mm and splashing water from any direction - sufficient for typical construction site conditions.

Socket and protection configuration

The distribution board offers a mixed set of sockets adapted to various types of receivers:

• 4× Schuko single-phase socket - voltage 230 V, current 16 A, ingress protection class IP54. The German Schuko system is the most popular standard in Europe, compatible with most power tools, work lighting, and office equipment.
• 3× CEE power socket - one 400 V / 32 A and two 400 V / 16 A, all five-pole (5P), red color. Ingress protection class IP44. These sockets support welders, concrete mixers, compressors, and other devices requiring three-phase power.

Each socket has its own overcurrent protection - for single-phase receivers, these are C16 single-pole circuit breakers with a breaking capacity of 6 kA; for power sockets, they are C16 and C32 three-pole circuit breakers, also with C characteristic and a breaking capacity of 6 kA. This solution eliminates the risk of a single circuit failure affecting the others.

Power supply and wiring

The connection cable is a flexible type H07RN-F with a core cross-section of four square millimeters. This cable is designed for harsh environmental conditions - it works well both inside and outside buildings. The five-core construction supports a full three-phase system with neutral and protective conductors.

The connection plug has parameters of 32 A / 5P / 400 V / IP44. Inside the distribution board, the wiring is made of H07V-K flexible wires in three insulation colors - yellow-green (protective), black (phase), and blue (neutral) - ensuring correct identification of wires during any potential service work.

The rated input current is 32 A, and the operating voltage is a three-phase 230/400 V system. An RDF coefficient of 0.6 informs about the ratio of permissible continuous current under different load configurations.

Standards, certificates, and build quality

The manufacturer has implemented a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The design of the distribution board meets the requirements of the IEC 61439 series standard, which defines the testing conditions for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies - confirming the mechanical strength of the enclosure and the effectiveness of the electrical connections.

The overcurrent circuit breakers hold certificates of conformity with EU directives and the IEC60898 standard, which specifies the characteristics of devices for overcurrent protection in household and similar installations. The cables comply with the requirements of the CPR regulation regarding reaction to fire and the RoHS directive limiting the content of hazardous substances.
