Professional power supply for construction sites and outdoor use

The TR-S SKH construction distribution board is a complete solution for temporary electrical power distribution in conditions where standard installations are unavailable or do not yet exist. The device provides current at 32 A with a voltage of 230/400 V, simultaneously supporting single-phase and three-phase loads - from power tools to industrial machinery.

The housing made of technopolymer ensures resistance to impacts and atmospheric conditions. The front plate in grey RAL 7035 is durable thanks to a polycarbonate layer, and the entire unit operates in the IP44 protection class. Dimensions of 350 × 280 × 130 mm and a transport handle facilitate moving between workstations. Stainless steel screws and an EPDM gasket provide additional protection for the interior against moisture and dust.

Socket configuration and protective devices

On board, there are four Schuko sockets (230 V, IP54) intended for hand tools, work lighting, or chargers. Their higher protection class makes them suitable for use closer to wet zones - e.g., near concrete mixers or pressure washers.

For devices with higher power consumption, CEE power sockets are provided, manufactured by a specialized electrical equipment manufacturer:

• one 400 V / 32 A (red type) - for welders, compressors, concrete mixers,
• two 400 V / 16 A - for smaller three-phase machines.

Each socket has its own miniature circuit breaker - for Schuko circuits, these are two C16 MCB modules, and for power sockets, C32 and C16 respectively. All operate with a short-circuit current up to 10 kA, which guarantees effective tripping even during strong short circuits. The three-phase busbar 3F /11M /12 mm² distributes power evenly between phases.

Internal wiring and connection

The distribution board is delivered fully wired - H07V-K control wires (yellow-green, black, and blue) with cross-sections of 2,5-4 mm² are already connected to the busbar and sockets. The H07RN-F 5×4 mm² connection cable, approximately one meter long, ends with a CEE ProTOP plug (32 A /5-pin / IP44). The set also includes a PG-21 cable gland, allowing for the introduction of an additional wire - e.g., to extend a circuit over a longer distance.

The RDF parameter at a level of 0,8 informs about the permissible continuous load relative to peak power - the distribution board can operate for longer periods without overheating.

Compliance with standards and manufacturer quality

The device meets the requirements of the CE directive, standards IEC 61008-1, EN 61008-1, PN-EN-61008-1, the VDE certificate for miniature circuit breakers, and the IEC 61439 construction standard for industrial switchgear.

The manufacturer has implemented a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The Schuko socket system allows for the connection of any devices with a standard European plug without adapters.
