Flexible power supply on the construction site

The DV-5329-D construction distribution board from the XS series is a complete solution for electrical power distribution in temporary conditions - on construction sites, in warehouse halls, during renovation works, or at outdoor events. The device offers a full set of connection sockets and built-in lighting control automation based on sunrise and sunset times.

Housing and construction

The box is made of high-quality UV-resistant plastic - the material does not crack or fade even under long-term exposure to the sun. The grey color of the front panel blends perfectly with typical construction distribution boards found on sites.

The housing dimensions without sockets are 224 × 133 × 110 mm - the compact form facilitates transport and placement anywhere. An inspection window accommodating up to 6 modules is mounted on the front, allowing easy access to installed modular devices without the need to dismantle the entire distribution board.

The construction is mobile - the portable housing enables quick movement between workstations.

The distribution board offers three separate power points:

The connection cable with a length of 70 cm is terminated with a solid Mennekes plug - one of the most recognizable brands in the electrical industry, guaranteeing a secure connection even under intensive use.

All internal wires are made as H07V-K single-core wires with a cross-section of 2,5 mm²: the protective conductor is yellow-green, the neutral is blue, and the supply wires are black - a standard color scheme facilitating any potential diagnostics.

Control automation - NFC astronomical timer

The heart of the automation is the F&F PCZ-525.3 astronomical timer, which automatically switches connected receivers (most often lighting) on and off according to the current sunrise and sunset times for a given geographical location. The user only defines the night break time - the device calculates the rest itself.

An additional advantage is the possibility of communication via NFC - an Android phone is sufficient to change settings or read the timer status without the need for physical access to the housing.

The cooperating F&F ST40-40 modular contactor ensures reliable switching of inductive loads - it is effective for controlling sodium, halogen, or high-power LED lamps.

Safety and operating conditions

The device operates in temperatures from −25 °C to +50 °C, making it resistant to both winter frosts and summer heat characteristic of Polish climatic conditions.

The IP44 protection rating means the housing is sealed against the ingress of solid objects above 1 mm and water splashes falling from any angle - the distribution board is suitable both inside and outside buildings during works carried out regardless of weather conditions.

The manufacturer declares full compliance with the IEC 61439 standard regarding factory-assembled electrical switchgear and controlgear, as well as certification of the TÜV SÜD ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. The CE marking confirms compliance with the requirements of EU directives regarding the safety of electrical equipment intended for professional use.
