Complete power supply for the construction site and the workshop

The XS series distribution board is a stationary device designed for electrical energy distribution. The equipment includes two single-phase Schuko sockets (230 V, 16 A) and one three-phase CEE socket (400 V, 32 A) - this combination allows for the simultaneous connection of single-phase and three-phase devices.

The plastic housing provides protection at the IP44 level, which means a barrier against solid objects above 1 mm and splashing water from any direction. The construction is resistant to UV radiation, making it suitable for outdoor installation - also during the summer period when solar radiation is intense. The front panel of the housing is grey, the rear is black.

Circuit breakers and wiring

The distribution board is equipped with two circuit breakers: a B16 single-pole (6 kA) protecting the single-phase circuits and a C32 three-pole (6 kA) protecting the three-phase circuit.

The wiring is made with Bitner brand H07V-K wires:

• protective wires - yellow-green,
• neutral wires - blue,
• supply wires - black.

The core cross-sections are 2,5 mm² for single-phase circuits and 4 mm² for the three-phase circuit.

Installation and use

The device is delivered fully assembled and internally wired. The set includes mounting plugs and two rubber glands for the entry of external wires. Compact dimensions of 224 × 133 × 110 mm allow for installation even in limited spaces - typical for technical rooms or construction containers.

The inspection window allows quick access to the protective devices without the need to dismantle the entire housing. The operating temperature range from -25 °C to +50 °C ensures operation during both frosts and heatwaves.

Certificates and manufacturing standard

Production takes place under the TÜV SÜD ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. The distribution board meets the requirements of the IEC 61439 standard, confirming the properties of factory-assembled switchgear assemblies, and bears the CE marking. Each device undergoes individual testing before release - the manufacturer documents compliance with IEC standards with an individual certificate.
