Mobile construction distribution board for demanding conditions
The TD-S/FI SKHU distribution board is a complete power solution designed for operation in difficult field conditions. Mounted on a stable aluminum stand with a convenient handle, it allows for rapid movement between workstations without the need for disassembly or cable winding. The built-in 5×4 mm² connection cable, approximately one meter long and terminated with a 32A 5P 400V Mennekes plug, allows for immediate connection to the grid - simply find the appropriate power socket on the construction site or in the plant.
The enclosure, made of technopolymer with dimensions of 360 × 250 × 185 mm (450 mm with the handle), provides adequate space for modular components and protects components from mechanical damage. The grey front plate in RAL 7035 and the black rear plate is a solution that is not only aesthetic but also functional - the contrasting combination facilitates quick identification of the distribution board among other equipment at the worksite.
Sockets and components - complete circuit protection
The distribution board offers as many as six sockets arranged on the front plate:
- Four Schuko single-phase sockets (2P+E) with a voltage of 230V / 16A manufactured by Mennekes - a classic European plug standard.
- Two three-phase power sockets (5P) with a voltage of 400V / 16A also by Mennekes - red CEE-type sockets designed to power industrial devices: welders, concrete mixers, or compressors.
The safety of each group of sockets is ensured by separate circuit breakers:

The 10 kA breaking capacity is a parameter that is particularly important when powering electric motors with high inrush currents - the breaker will handle even a substantial short circuit.
Protection against electric shock - residual current device
Protection against indirect contact is provided by a Type A residual current circuit breaker (RCCB):
- Rated current: 40A
- Residual current: 30mA
- Poles: 4P
If the leakage exceeds the 30 mA threshold, the distribution board will cut the power.
Production standard and quality control
The manufacturer - Doktorvolt - conducts the entire production process according to the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, and the quality management system has been certified by TÜV SÜD.
Each distribution board undergoes full inspection:
- Preliminary enclosure processing on a CNC machine.
- Prefabrication - assembly of sockets, modular components, and wiring.
- Electrical measurements concluded with a measurement report.
- Assignment of an identification number and issuance of a declaration of conformity.
The enclosure meets the requirements of the IEC 670 standard, and its rated voltage is up to 1000V. The EPDM rubber gasket maintains tightness even with repeated opening of the door. A PG-21 cable gland is included in the set.
