Mobile power supply for construction sites and outdoor use

The TD-S/FI SKHU portable construction distribution board is a complete solution for electrical power distribution in locations without permanent installations - on construction sites, industrial yards, during roadworks, or when organizing outdoor events. Mounted on a stable aluminum stand, it allows for quick relocation and positioning at any point in the field.

The enclosure accommodates 12 modules of components in a single row. The dimensions are 360 × 250 × 185 mm, and with the transport handle 495 × 250 × 185 mm. The front plate is gray RAL 7035 - highly visible on a construction site; the back of the enclosure is black. The technopolymer construction ensures impact resistance; the polycarbonate doors are transparent, allowing for monitoring the status of the components without opening them. The EPDM rubber gasket and stainless steel screws maintain IP44 tightness even under changing weather conditions.

Sockets and connection possibilities

The distribution board offers two CEE power sockets, three-phase 400 V /32 A (5-pin), IP44 class - red, easily recognizable as industrial sockets. These are supplemented by four single-phase sockets 230 V /16 A in the French system (with an earth pin), IP44 class - protected against accidental contact with water and dust typical for outdoor conditions.

Each socket has a dedicated overcurrent protection:

• 2 × C16 /1P /10 kA - for single-phase circuits,
• 2 × C32 /3P /10 kA - for three-phase power circuits.

The entire system is protected by a residual current circuit breaker 63 A /30 mA /4P Type A RCCB, which eliminates the risk of indirect contact with connected loads.

Wiring and readiness for work

Internal wiring is made of H07V-K flexible cables with cross-sections of 2,5 mm², 4 mm², and 10 mm² - selected according to the load capacity of individual circuits. The 3F /11M /12 mm² busbar organizes the connections between phases; a set of end caps closes the free spaces on the busbar.

The connection cable is an H07RN-F flexible cable with a cross-section of 5×10 mm², approximately 90 cm in length. It is terminated with a CEE plug 63 A /5P /400 V /IP67, enabling direct connection to a main distribution board or a power socket on the site.

A PG-29 cable gland is included in the set.

Compliance and certificates

Production takes place in a management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to ISO 9001:2015. The distribution board meets the requirements of the following standards:

• CEI-23-48/49 and IEC/670 for the enclosure,
• IEC/EN/PN-EN/61008-1 and IEC/EN/PN-EN/61009-1 for circuit breakers,
• IEC/61439 for the complete assembly,
• CE for the entire device.

A short-circuit current up to 10 kA, rated voltage 230/400 V AC, and an IP44 protection rating allow for safe operation both in professional temporary installations on construction sites and in occasional use by event crews or road workers.
