Mobile power on the construction site and beyond

The TD-S/FI SKHU construction distribution board is a complete solution for electrical energy distribution in temporary conditions - on construction sites, in workshops, garages, or during outdoor events. The device is delivered as a ready-to-use unit: simply connect the connection cable to the power source.

The design is based on a surface-mounted enclosure made of technopolymer (front in grey RAL 7035) and a polycarbonate door. The dimensions of the enclosure itself are 360 × 250 × 185 mm, and after mounting on an aluminum stand with a handle - 495 × 250 × 185 mm. The enclosure protection rating is IP44; the gasket is made of EPDM rubber, and the screws are made of stainless steel. A PG-29 cable gland is included in the set.

Sockets and wiring

The following are mounted on the front of the distribution board:

• 4 single-phase sockets of the Schuko type (German standard) - 230 V / 16 A, IP54 - Mennekes brand,
• 2 power sockets three-phase - 400 V / 32 A / 5P, IP44 - also Mennekes (Type 3451).

Internal wiring is made of H07V-K flexible wires with cross-sections of 2,5-10 mm² in colors compliant with the standard (blue - neutral, yellow-green - protective). The connection cable is H07RN-F 5×10 mm² with a length of approximately 1 meter, terminated with a CEE plug 63 A / 5P / 400 V / IP67. The busbar is model 3F / 11M / 12 mm² with a complete set of end caps.

Electrical protections

Protection against indirect contact is provided by a Type A residual current device (RCD) with parameters 63 A / 30 mA / 4P. Each socket additionally has its own overcurrent protection:

The continuous short-circuit current does not exceed 10 kA, and the RDF coefficient is 0.7.

Compliance and certificates

The distribution board meets the requirements of the standards: CE, CEI-23-48/49, IEC/EN 61439. The manufacturer has implemented a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to ISO 9001:2015. The rated voltage of the enclosure is up to 1000 V AC.
