The portable construction distribution board ECO-S/FI SKHU is a complete solution for temporary electrical power distribution in conditions where standard installations are unavailable or do not yet exist. The device is delivered fully wired and ready to work - simply plug it into the power source.

The enclosure made of technopolymer ensures adequate mechanical strength with a relatively low weight for the entire set. The front panel is gray RAL 7035, while the back is black - this is a typical solution for portable distribution boards, where the back is rarely visible. The door is made of polycarbonate, the seal from EPDM rubber, and the mounting screws from stainless steel. The dimensions of the enclosure itself are 365 × 250 × 185 mm, and due to the mounting on a stand, the whole unit reaches approximately 495 mm in width.

The design provides for 12 modules of devices in one row - this is enough to accommodate full protection for all output circuits. The protection rating of the enclosure itself is IP44, which means resistance to objects >1 mm and splashing water from all directions. The rated voltage of the enclosure is 1000 V, providing a margin relative to actual operating conditions.

Electrical equipment and sockets

The distribution board offers four output points:

• 2× single-phase socket ~230 V / 16 A - ingress protection class IP54, French pin system (2P+E). A higher IP rating than the enclosure itself ensures better protection against dust and moisture directly at the socket.
• 1× power socket ~400 V / 32 A - IP44, Quick-Connect system.
• 1× power socket ~400 V / 16 A - IP44, Quick-Connect system.

Each socket has a dedicated overcurrent protection:

All circuits are protected by a common Type A residual current device (RCD), parameters 40 A / 30 mA / four-pole. It protects against the effects of indirect contact - i.e., a situation where current flows through a person to the ground via damaged device insulation.

Internal wiring is made of H07V-K flexible cables with cross-sections selected according to the load capacity of the given circuit: the yellow-green (protective) wire from 4 mm², phase wires according to the load - up to a maximum of 6 mm². The neutral busbar has a cross-section of 12 mm².

Mobility and operating conditions

The entire unit is mounted on a metal stand - this is a fundamental feature of this model that distinguishes it from stationary distribution boards. The stand provides stability on uneven ground and allows for easy moving of the device between workstations.

The connection cable is a rubber H07RN-F with a working conductor cross-section of ×4 mm², length approximately 90 cm. The end is a five-pin industrial plug: 32 A / ~400 V / IP44.

The device operates with a supply voltage of 230/~400 V at a rated current of 32 A. The short-circuit capacity is up to 6 kA, and the diversity factor (RDF) is 0.7.

Production is carried out in a plant certified by TÜV SÜD according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The modular devices themselves have additional certification: the residual current device meets IEC/EN 61008-1 requirements, and the overcurrent breakers meet IEC/EN 60898-1. The enclosure complies with CEI-23-48/49 and IEC 670 standards.
