Complete power solution for the construction site

The TD-S/FI SKHU construction distribution board is a ready-to-use distribution device designed for the temporary power supply of power tools, machinery, and lighting in conditions typical for construction sites, workshops, and industrial installations. Unlike simple single-phase distribution boards, this model offers a full three-phase layout with CEE power sockets, allowing for the connection of both typical construction equipment (concrete mixers, generators) and machines requiring three-phase power.

The device is supplied with wiring made of H07V-K strands (control wires in cross-sections from 2.5 to 6 mm²) and an H07RN-F connection cable with a cross-section of 5×4 mm² and a length of approximately 1 meter. The CEE ProTOP plug (32A, 5-pin, IP44) enables quick connection to a main distribution board or generator - just one click of the plug and the distribution board is ready for operation.

Enclosure and mechanical construction

The enclosure is made of technopolymer - a material resistant to impact and weather conditions. The front plate is gray RAL7035 (neutral, highly visible on a construction site), while the rear plate is black. The door is made of polycarbonate - a flexible and crack-resistant material. An EPDM rubber seal ensures a protection level of IP44, protecting the equipment from water splashes and dust.

The dimensions of the enclosure itself are 360×250×185 mm, and after mounting on an aluminum stand with a handle - 495×250×185 mm. The stand not only stabilizes the distribution board on uneven terrain but also allows for convenient transport. The mounting screws are made of stainless steel - they do not corrode even during long-term exposure to moisture. A PG-21 cable gland is included, allowing for the entry of an additional cable.

The enclosure accommodates 12 modules of modular equipment in one row - a compact format that still fits on a mobile stand, while providing enough space for the full protection of all circuits.

Socket layout and power circuits

The distribution board offers three categories of sockets:

• Four Schuko single-phase sockets (type F) with parameters 230V / 16A, each in an IP54 protection class. These sockets are a standard on European construction sites.
• Large three-phase power socket - 400V / 32A / 5-pin, IP44 (red). Allows for powering concrete mixers, compressors, and other devices with higher power consumption.
• Smaller three-phase power socket - 400V / 16A / 5-pin, IP44 (red). Intended for three-phase power tools with moderate consumption.

The 3F / 11 modules / 12 mm² busbar ensures even phase distribution and a solid connection between the equipment and the sockets. A set of blanking plates closes the empty spaces on the busbar.

Electrical protections and regulatory compliance

Each circuit has dedicated miniature circuit breakers:

• Schuko sockets are protected by two C16 /1P/10kA miniature circuit breakers - each protects two sockets.
• The 16A power socket has its own C16/3P/10kA miniature circuit breaker.
• The 32A power socket has its own C32/3P/10kA miniature circuit breaker.

All circuits are managed by a Type A RCCB with parameters 40A/30mA/4-pole. It protects against the effects of indirect contact - i.e., a situation where a short circuit occurs inside a connected device. The Type A RCCB reacts to both sinusoidal AC and pulsating DC currents (typical for rectifiers in power tools).

The continuous short-circuit current ICC is ≤10 kA - the distribution board will handle installations with the standard short-circuit power typical for construction main distribution boards.
