Mobile construction distribution board with full protection

A portable electrical distribution board designed for temporary power supply on construction sites, industrial areas, and locations without permanent electrical infrastructure. Mounted on an aluminum stand with a convenient transport handle - it can be freely moved between workstations without the need to dismantle the cabling. Included is an H07RN-F connection cable with a cross-section of 5×4 mm² and a length of approximately 90 cm, terminated with a CEE ProTOP 32A 5P 400V IP44 plug - simply connect it to the main distribution board and you have full functionality immediately.

The technopolymer housing ensures resistance to impact and weather conditions. The front plate in grey RAL 7035 effectively masks dirt typical for the construction environment. The IP44 protection rating of the enclosure protects against objects >1 mm and water splashes - sufficient for outdoor use when used with common sense. A mounting rail accommodating 12 modules in one row allows for an organized arrangement of all apparatus.

The distribution board offers various connection options thanks to sockets produced by one of the leading manufacturers of electrical equipment:

Four Schuko sockets allow for the simultaneous powering of standard hand tools - drills, grinders, work lighting. Two three-phase power sockets will handle larger machines: transformer welding machines, industrial concrete mixers, or piston compressors.

Electrical protections

Each group of sockets has its own circuit breakers:

• Schuko sockets (230 V) - two C16A single-pole circuit breakers with a rated short-circuit current of 10 kA
• Power socket 16 A /400 V - C16 three-pole circuit breaker with a breaking capacity of 10 kA
• Power socket 32 A /400 V - C32 three-pole circuit breaker with a breaking capacity of 10 kA

Everything is backed by a 40A /30mA /4-pole Type A residual current device (RCD), which protects against electric shock from indirect contact - i.e., a situation where an insulation failure causes voltage to appear on the enclosure of a connected device. This type of protection is required on every construction site according to current regulations.

Construction and operating conditions

The enclosure operates at a rated voltage of up to 1000 V AC, providing a safety margin for typical construction installations. The dimensions of the box itself are 360 ×250 ×185 mm, and with the stand and transport handle - 495 ×250 ×185 mm. The mounting screws are made of stainless steel resistant to corrosion in humid environments. The EPDM rubber door seal maintains flexibility even at negative temperatures.

Production takes place under a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The distribution board meets the requirements of the CE directive and IEC/EN61009-1 standards, and its design complies with IEC/EN61439.
