Portable construction distribution board with energy consumption control

A stand-mounted distribution board with a built-in energy meter is a complete solution for construction sites, workshops, and industrial areas - everything in one plug-and-play device. The technopolymer enclosure on an aluminum stand allows for easy relocation of the distribution board depending on the current work location.

Socket equipment and protective devices

On board, you will find three single-phase sockets 230 V / 16 A (French system with grounding pin) and one power socket 400 V / 16 A / 5P - both types in IP44 protection class. Each socket has its own overcurrent protection: a C16 1P circuit breaker for the 230 V sockets and a C16 3P circuit breaker for the power socket - both with a breaking capacity of 10 kA. Indirect contact protection is provided by a 40 A / 30 mA / 4P Type A RCD (Residual Current Device), which detects both sinusoidal and pulsating DC currents.

Energy consumption meter and wiring

The built-in LE-02d MID F&F meter records energy consumption in a three-phase 3 × 230/400 V AC system, supporting loads from 3 × 5 A to (3 × 80) A. Thanks to MID certification, you are assured that measurements meet metrological requirements - ideal for settling energy consumption on rented sites or invoicing tenants. The wiring is made of H07V-K flexible cables with cross-sections of 2,5-6 mm² in colors compliant with the standard: blue (neutral), yellow-green (protective), and black (phases). The connection cable is a rubber H07RN-F 5×4 mm² approximately 90 cm long, terminated with a CEE ProTOP plug 32 A / 5P / 400 V / IP44.

Enclosure construction and operating conditions

The enclosure holds 12 modules in one row and is rated for voltages up to 1000 V. The front plate in grey RAL 7035 and the polycarbonate door provide mechanical resistance and aesthetics - stainless steel screws and an EPDM rubber gasket guarantee IP44 tightness even when working outdoors. A PG-21 cable gland is included. The dimensions of the distribution board itself are 360 × 250 × 185 mm, and with the aluminum stand - 495 × 250 × 185 mm.

The manufacturer declares an input rated current of 32 A, rated voltage of 230/400 V, short-circuit current withstand capability ICC ≤ 10 kA, and an RDF coefficient of 0.7. The distribution board complies with CEI-23-48/49 and IEC 670 standards for the enclosure, IEC/EN/PN-EN-61009-1 for the RCD (Residual Current Device), and CSN EN 60898/SN EN 60947-2 for the circuit breakers. Production takes place in a management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to ISO 9001:2015.
