A portable three-phase distribution board mounted on an aluminum stand is a ready-to-use distribution device equipped with all necessary protection and measurement elements. The design based on a technopolymer enclosure (front plate in gray RAL 7035) ensures adequate rigidity while maintaining low mass - the entire unit weighs approximately 6 kg, allowing for easy relocation of the distribution board within the work area.
Power distribution and available output circuits
The device provides three output circuits, each covered by a separate overcurrent protection:
- Two single-phase sockets - French standard (Type E) with a grounding pin, 230 V / 16 A, manufacturer Mennekes, IP44 protection class.
- One power socket - three-phase CEE 400 V / 32 A, red color (Type CEE Type 3451), Mennekes, IP44.
All sockets are protected against indirect contact by an SEZ Type A RCD with parameters 40 A / 30 mA.

The 3F / 7M / 12 mm² busbar distributes power between the individual internal circuits.
The built-in LE-02d MID F&F meter registers the energy consumption drawn by all loads connected to the distribution board - three-phase system 3 × 230/400 V AC, nominal current 5 A, maximum continuous up to (80)A. The MID certificate confirms metrological legalization enabling billing between parties.
Wiring, enclosure, and operating conditions
The distribution board is supplied as a device ready for immediate connection:
- H07RN-F connection cable - rubber cable with working cores 5 × 4 mm², length approximately 90 cm.
- Mennekes CEE ProTOP plug - five-pole (5P) for voltage 400 V / 32 A, IP44 protection degree.
- Internal H07V-K wiring with cross-sections from 2.5 to 6 mm².
The surface-mounted enclosure accommodates 12 modules of modular devices in one row; the rated insulation voltage is 1000 V. The EPDM rubber gasket maintains IP44 tightness - protecting against solid particles above 1 mm in diameter and water splashes; stainless steel mounting screws; the box dimensions are 360 ×250 ×185 mm, and after mounting on the stand, the total height reaches approximately 495 mm. The PG-21 gland allows for the introduction of an additional external cable.
Compliance with standards
The manufacturer has implemented a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to ISO:9001:2015 and IEC61439 regarding low-voltage switchgear assemblies. The Low Voltage Directive (CE marking), CEI-23-48/49 enclosure design standard, and IEC670 for auxiliary equipment confirm the structural safety. The residual current device additionally meets the IEC61009‑1 standard for protective functions with pulsating AC type A residual current. The internal wiring has a CPR certificate confirming its fire reaction; the entire device is also compliant with the RoHS directive regarding hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
