Mobile construction distribution board with energy meter

Portable three-phase electrical distribution board mounted on an aluminum stand - ready to work on a construction site without additional cabling. Simply connect the CEE plug to the power source and use the energy with full protection.

The enclosure made of technopolymer with an IP44 ingress protection class protects the apparatus from dust and moisture. The front panel in gray RAL7035 has a polycarbonate door - resistant to impact and weather conditions. An EPDM rubber gasket and stainless steel screws ensure tightness for years of use. A PG-21 cable gland is included for introducing additional wires.

The dimensions of the distribution board itself are 360 × 250 × 185 mm, and after mounting on the stand - 495 × 250 × 185 mm. Inside, there is a TH35 rail accommodating up to 12 modules in one row.

Socket equipment and apparatus

The distribution board offers three power points:

Schuko sockets are the German standard found in most power tools and construction equipment - no adapters are required. The red industrial socket allows for connecting, for example, a concrete mixer, welder, or compressor.

Overcurrent protections are C-characteristic circuit breakers:

• C16 for single-phase sockets - rated current adjusted to the load of typical construction devices,
• C32 for the industrial socket - will handle heavy industrial consumers.

The 40A / 30mA / Type A residual current device (RCD) protects against electric shock from indirect contact - meeting health and safety (H&S) regulations on construction sites.

Energy meter and cabling

The built-in LE-02d MID meter allows for monitoring energy consumption by subcontractors or tenants. It supports three-phase voltage 3 × 230/400 V AC and current 3 × 5(80)A. The MID certificate guarantees legal measurement - suitable for billing purposes.

The connection cable is H07RN-F rubber with a cross-section of 5 × 4 mm² (length approximately 90 cm) terminated with a CEE ProTOP plug - 32A / 5P / IP44. This is a robust connection resistant to mechanical damage and weather conditions.

Internal wiring is made of H07V-K flexible wires in colors compliant with the standard: yellow-green (protective), black (phases), and blue (neutral) - cross-sections from 2.5 to 6 mm² matched to the current-carrying capacity of each circuit.

Production takes place in a certified quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The devices themselves meet the requirements of the CE directive, IEC standards, and national regulations (CEI-23-48/49). The residual current device complies with IEC61009-1 and EN61009-1, and the circuit breakers with CSN EN60898 and VDE.
