Mobile construction distribution board with full protection

A portable electrical distribution board mounted on an aluminum stand, designed for temporary power supply on construction sites, in workshops, and outdoors. Equipped with complete switchgear - a cam switch allowing all circuits to be disconnected with a single lever movement, and a residual current device (RCD) protecting against electric shock in case of insulation damage.

The technopolymer housing ensures mechanical resistance and IP44 protection against dust and water splashes. The front panel in RAL 7035 gray conceals modular components mounted on a TH35 rail - thanks to a transparent polycarbonate cover, the user can inspect the status of the protections without having to open the distribution board. The dimensions of the housing itself are 360 × 250 × 185 mm, and when mounted on the stand, the total dimensions reach 495 × 250 × 185 mm.

Sockets and power circuits

The distribution board offers five sockets arranged on the front panel:

• Three Schuko sockets (Type F) - German standard, voltage 230 V, current 16 A, each with an IP54 ingress protection class.
• CEE power socket - 400 V / 32 A, five-pole (5P), red color, IP44.
• CEE power socket - 400 V / 16 A, five-pole (5P), red color, IP44.

This allows a single device to handle both small power tools and lighting via standard sockets, as well as a welder or generator connected to the power socket.

Electrical protections

The power circuits are equipped with circuit breakers with a short-circuit current of 10 kA:

All circuits are protected by a residual current device (RCD) 40 A / 30 mA / type A - protecting the user from the effects of touching a phase conductor in the event of damaged device insulation. The main busbar is a three-phase busbar 11 modules / 12 mm² complete with end covers.

Wiring and connection

The distribution board is delivered ready to use - the wiring is made of H07V-K cables (cross-section from 2.5 to 6 mm²) color-coded according to the standard. For connection, an H07RN-F rubber cable 5×4 mm² with a length of approximately 90 cm is used. The ProTop plug is a two-part CEE plug 32 A / 5P / 400 V / IP44. A PG21 cable gland is also included in the set.

Production takes place under a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The distribution boards comply with the requirements of the CE directive and the IEC/EN61439 standard regarding switchgear assemblies.
