Complete power supply for the construction site

The TD-S distribution board is a ready-to-use distribution device designed for the temporary power supply of construction sites, workshops, and industrial areas. Equipped with a 400V 32A plug, it allows for connection to the main distributor via a single cable - without additional adapters or configuration.

The technopolymer housing with dimensions 360 × 250 × 185 mm fits into a single row of modules and takes up little space even in tight conditions. The grey front plate in color RAL 7035 blends well with typical technical equipment, while the black rear plate masks dirt.

Sockets, protections, and switchgear

The equipment includes:

• Four Schuko sockets (German system) 230V / 16A - for hand tools, work lighting, and small equipment;
• Three-phase power socket 400V / 16A - for construction machinery requiring industrial power;
• Plug 400V / 32A / 5P - enables quick connection to the power source.

Each socket has its own overcurrent protection - this eliminates the risk of a total system failure in the event of an overload in a single circuit:

• Two circuit breakers C16 / 1P / 10kA protect the 230V circuits;
• One circuit breaker C16 / 3P / 10kA protects the 400V power socket.

The installation busbar 3F + N + PE /12mm² ensures proper load distribution between phases. The wiring is made of H07V-K cable with cross-sections from 2.5 to 6 mm², guaranteeing resistance to mechanical damage and long-term load.

Durability and operating conditions

The IP44 protection rating ensures the housing is sealed against dust and water splashes, allowing for work in open areas. The EPDM rubber seal maintains flexibility even at negative temperatures, and the stainless steel screws do not corrode under the influence of moisture.

The included PG-16 cable gland allows for the introduction of power cables without additional accessories.

The manufacturer has implemented a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The distribution board meets the requirements of the CE directive, IEC/EN 61008-1 standards, as well as regulations regarding temporary construction installations (CEI-23-48/49, IEC/EN/IEC670). The circuit breakers hold VDE certificates confirming compliance with European safety standards.

CLIPFIX 35-5 end clips stably secure the DIN rail, eliminating the risk of switchgear shifting during transport or handling of the device.
