Comprehensive power supply for construction sites and workshops

The TD Doktorvolt construction distribution board is a portable distribution device designed for demanding working conditions on construction sites, in industrial plants, and workshops. The Marlanvil enclosure made of technopolymer features a grey front plate RAL 7035, a black rear plate, and polycarbonate doors.

The device is equipped with four single-phase 230V 16A sockets in the German Schuko (Type F) system by Mennekes. In addition to these, you will find a five-pole 400V 16A power socket (red, IP44) from the same manufacturer and a 32A plug for connecting a mobile generator set or another power source.

Enclosure and protection against weather conditions

The IP44 protection rating protects against solid foreign bodies with a diameter greater than 1 mm and water splashes. The EPDM rubber seal does not degrade with repeated opening, and the stainless steel used for the mounting screws eliminates the problem of thread corrosion. A PG-16 cable gland is included, allowing for the tight entry of power cables.

Power supply and electrical parameters

The distribution board operates at a rated voltage of 230/400V AC 50Hz, and its rated current is 80A. Simultaneously, an angle grinder, a concrete mixer, and work lighting can be powered through the Schuko sockets, while heavier three-phase devices can be powered through the power socket.

The internal wiring is made of H07V-K conductors with cross-sections of 2,5-6 mm² in colors compliant with the standard: yellow-green (protective), blue (neutral), and black (phase). The TH/TS 35 rail allows for the mounting of additional modular elements - such as circuit breakers or residual current devices.

The device meets the requirements of the DIN 61439-3 and IEC 61439 standards. Production is carried out under a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Dimensions and mobility

With dimensions of 360 × 250 × 185 mm, the distribution board fits between rows of shelves in a delivery van and weighs so little that one worker can easily carry it between workstations. The compact surface-mounted enclosure does not require embedding or special mounts - it is sufficient to place it on the ground or mount it on a wall using the included screws.

A single device can handle both small power tools (drill, grinder) and three-phase equipment (concrete mixer, transformer welder).
