Mobile power on the construction site and beyond

The TD-S/FI distribution board is a complete solution for temporary electrical power distribution in conditions where there is a need for rapid and safe connection of multiple receivers simultaneously. The device integrates industrial power sockets, standard Schuko sockets, and a plug in a single enclosure - thereby eliminating the need for additional distribution boards or extension cords.

The technopolymer enclosure with dimensions 360 × 250 × 185 mm accommodates 12 modules in one row and is suitable for surface mounting. The front plate in grey RAL 7035 and the polycarbonate door ensure mechanical resistance and durability in outdoor use. The IP44 protection rating of the enclosure protects against objects >1 mm and water splashes - sufficient for work in open areas while maintaining basic precautions.

Socket equipment and protective apparatus

The device is equipped with a plug (32A, five-pole, IP44), which serves as the main power input. Thanks to it, the distribution board connects directly to a power socket on-site or a power generator.

On board are:

• Power socket - five-pole 400V /16A, IP44. Designed to power industrial devices requiring three-phase power.
• Four Schuko sockets - two-pole with protective earth pin 230V /16A, each in protection class IP54. A higher protection rating than the enclosure makes them resistant to dust and water jets - suitable closer to moisture sources.
• Residual Current Circuit Breaker (RCCB) Type A - 40A /30mA, four-pole. Protects the entire installation below against indirect contact.
• Overcurrent protection: three-pole C16 breaker (10kA) for the power socket and two single-pole C16 breakers (10kA) for the Schuko sockets.

The 3F /8M /12mm² busbar with a set of end caps organizes the internal wiring.

Enclosure construction and operating conditions

The enclosure operates at a rated voltage of up to 1000V AC. The mounting screws are made of stainless steel - they do not corrode even with long-term exposure to atmospheric conditions. The EPDM rubber seal maintains flexibility across a wide temperature range.

The set includes a PG-16 cable gland allowing the introduction of the power cable. CLIPFIX 35-5 end clips are used for mounting on the DIN rail.

The rated current of the entire device is 32A, supply voltage 230/400V /50Hz. A diversity factor (RDF) of 0.8 allows the installation to be designed with a certain margin of reserve power.

Standards and certificates

Production is carried out in a management system certified by TÜV SÜD ISO 9001:2015. The enclosure meets the requirements of CE, CEI-23-48/49, and IEC/EN/IEC61439 standards regarding factory switchgear. The residual current circuit breaker complies with IEC61009-1, and the overcurrent breakers with IEC61008-1. The entire unit is covered by the CE marking and VDE approval for modular apparatus.
