Power distribution in temporary conditions
The DV-S/FI distribution board is a complete solution for electrical power distribution in locations without a permanent installation - on construction sites, during roadworks, in workshops, or during outdoor events. The device provides five independent single-phase circuits at a voltage of 230 V, each protected by a separate C16A miniature circuit breaker with a breaking capacity of 10 kA. This ensures that a fault in one consumer does not cause a power outage for the others - a fundamental requirement for work continuity on a construction site.
The enclosure is made of technopolymer - a material resistant to mechanical impacts and atmospheric conditions. The front plate is grey RAL 7035, and the rear is black. An EPDM rubber seal ensures a protection level of IP54, meaning protection against dust and water splashes from any direction - the distribution board will perform even during work in the rain.
Electrical equipment
Each of the five Schuko (Type F) sockets - the German single-phase standard - is protected by an individual miniature circuit breaker (model C16A). The entire set of circuits is protected by an RCD (residual current device) with parameters 40 A / 30 mA / 4P / Type A, which detects current leakage and cuts off the power in a fraction of a second - providing effective protection against electric shock from indirect contact.
The main connection is handled by a switch-disconnector (32 A, 4-pole, IP54) serving as the main "0-1" switch. Inside, there is also a 3-phase busbar (8 modules, cross-section 12 mm²) and full H07V-K type wiring (working conductors 2,5 mm², yellow-green grounding).
The distribution board operates at a voltage of 230 V AC / 50 Hz, a rated current of 32 A, and a short-circuit current of up to ≤ 10 kA. The RDF load factor is 0.7. The enclosure dimensions are 365 × 260 × 125 mm - a compact body that is easy to transport and set up even in tight spaces.

Standards and production quality
The manufacturer - Doktorvolt, based in Malichów (Opole Voivodeship) - has implemented a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD (ISO 9001:2015). Each distribution board has an individual certificate confirming compliance with the IEC 61439-3 assembly standard. The miniature circuit breakers meet IEC 61008-1 and VDE requirements, and the RCDs meet IEC 61009-1 and EN 61009-1. The entire unit is marked with the CE sign.
