Complete solution for temporary electrical installations
The DV-S/FI construction distribution board is a ready-to-use distribution device that excels wherever safe and multi-consumer power is needed in temporary conditions. The enclosure houses complete equipment - from sockets to protective devices - providing the installer with a fully functional distribution board "in one box," without the need for additional on-site wiring.
Sockets and power layout
The device is equipped with two single-phase Schuko sockets (German Type F system) with a voltage of 230 V / 16 A, each in an IP54 protection class. This is a widely used solution in Europe - it fits most power tools, work lighting, or auxiliary equipment without the need for adapters.
In addition, the distribution board offers a 32 A / 5P three-phase power socket and a 16 A / 5P three-phase power socket, also in IP54 class. These allow for powering industrial devices - welders, concrete mixers, compressors, or generators - that require three-phase power.
The power layout is designed so that each socket has its own assigned overcurrent protection:
- C16A /1P /10kA - protects the Schuko sockets,
- C16A /3P /10kA - protects the smaller power socket,
- C32A /3P /10kA - protects the higher-power socket.
VDE-compliant miniature circuit breakers ensure high contact quality and reliability in field conditions.
Protection and control
Protection against electric shock is provided by a type A residual current device with parameters 40 A /30 mA /4P. It detects alternating residual current and pulsating direct current. The device therefore provides not only short-circuit and overload protection for individual circuits, but also comprehensive protection against indirect contact for the entire system.
Main control is handled by a switch-disconnector with parameters 32 A /4P /IP54. It allows for manual switching on or off of the entire power supply - useful, for example, after finishing work or when there is a need to quickly disconnect all consumers at once.
Inside, a three-phase busbar (10-module) and wiring made of stranded conductors (yellow-green wire as protective earth) are installed. The entire unit is factory-assembled - the distribution board is ready for connection without additional assembly work.
Enclosure and operating conditions
The enclosure is made of technopolymer - lightweight yet resistant to mechanical impacts. The front consists of a polycarbonate plate in RAL7035 gray, while the back of the enclosure is black. An EPDM rubber gasket ensures IP65 sealing, and stainless steel mounting screws guarantee the durability of connections even with repeated opening.
Operation takes place at a rated voltage of 230/400 V AC and a frequency of 50 Hz, with a rated current of up to 32 A. Short-circuit strength reaches ≤10 kA. The enclosure dimensions are 365 ×260 ×125 mm. The manufacturer also declares an RDF coefficient of 0.7.

The distribution board has been designed and manufactured in accordance with European standards - it holds CE certificates and complies with the IEC61439 series standards. Production is carried out under a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to the ISO9001:2015 standard. This translates into repeatable quality and a transparent control process at every stage of manufacturing.
