Mobile power supply on construction sites and in the field
The ECO series portable electrical distribution board is a complete solution for power distribution in places without permanent installations - on construction sites, during roadworks, in workshops, or during outdoor events. The surface-mounted enclosure with dimensions 360 × 260 × 165 mm fits on a single row and occupies only 12 modules, allowing for convenient transport and mounting wherever it is currently needed.
The manufacturer has opted for technopolymer as the housing material - it is resistant to mechanical impacts and weather conditions. The front plate is gray RAL 7035, while the back of the enclosure is black. The door is made of polycarbonate, and the EPDM rubber gasket ensures a sealing level of IP44. Stainless steel mounting screws guarantee the durability of connections even with frequent opening.
The set includes a PG-21 cable gland for wire entry and a handle to facilitate carrying.
Sockets and internal wiring
The distribution board is equipped with four sockets - two single-phase and two power sockets:

The higher sealing class IP54 for single-phase sockets means dust-tightness and protection against water splashes - particularly useful when working in open areas.
Internal wiring is made of H07V-K control wires with cross-sections ranging from 1.5 mm² to 6 mm², corresponding to the different loads of individual circuits. The wire color coding (yellow-green - ground, blue - neutral, black - phase) complies with the CPR standard.
For connection, a rubber connecting cable H07RN-F with a cross-section of 5×4 mm² (length approximately 90 cm) is used, terminated with a 32A / 400V / 5P / IP44 plug, ensuring compatibility with most distribution boards and construction panels found in Europe.
Overcurrent and residual current protection
Overcurrent circuit breakers are responsible for protection against the effects of overloading:
- B16 single-pole (6 kA) - protects single-phase socket circuits,
- C16 three-pole (6 kA) - protects the smaller power socket,
- C32 three-pole (6 kA) - protects the larger power socket intended for devices with high inrush currents.
The C characteristic ensures that the breakers tolerate momentary overloads associated with starting electric motors - typical for concrete mixers, welders, or air compressors.
Protection against indirect contact is provided by a Type A residual current device with parameters 40 A / 30 mA / four-pole. It immediately disconnects the circuit when it detects current leakage through a human body or damaged insulation. The device complies with the IIEC/EN 61008-1 standard and holds TÜV and KEMA certificates.
The production of Doktorvolt distribution boards is carried out under a management system certified by TÜV SÜD ISO 9001:2015, and the devices themselves comply with the EU CE directive and the IEC/61439 system standard.
