Complete distribution system for demanding conditions
The pTD-S/FI construction switchboard is a ready-to-use electrical device enclosed in a durable surface-mounted housing. Equipped with four Mennekes single-phase sockets (German Schuko system, IP54), it allows for the simultaneous connection of four receivers with a power of up to 16 A each - e.g., power tools, work lighting, or measuring equipment.
The central control element is the Siemens SENTRON PAC2200CLP electricity meter with MID certification and EEG homologation. The device measures consumption in a three-phase system (400 V), enabling precise billing of energy costs on construction sites, in workshops, or during outdoor events - anywhere where settlement with a supplier or tenant must be based on reliable measurement data.
The power supply is provided by an H07RN-F cable with a working conductor cross-section - a flexible rubber-insulated wire that withstands atmospheric conditions and mechanical operational loads well. The ProTop Mennekes IP44 plug ensures a tight connection to the distribution network.
Housing and operating conditions
The housing is made of technopolymer - a material resistant to impact and atmospheric agents. The front plate is grey RAL 7035, and the rear plate is black. The door is made of polycarbonate, the seal of EPDM rubber (UV and ozone resistant), and the screws of stainless steel - the entire unit operates within a voltage range of up to 1000 V with an IP44 protection rating.
The housing dimensions are 360 × 260 × 125 mm, which, with a single row of modules and a compact design, allows for convenient transport and placement even in tight workspaces. A convenient transport handle enables quick movement between workstations.
Electrical protections
Protection for individual circuits is provided by two Siemens C16 series circuit breakers, single-pole, with a breaking capacity of 10 kA. They protect the sockets from the effects of overloads and short circuits.
Protection against indirect contact for the entire system is provided by a Siemens 40 A / 30 mA RCD in a three-phase configuration (3P+N). In the event of a leakage current above the set threshold, it disconnects the power to all sockets in a fraction of a second.
Internal wiring is made of H07V-K wires:
- yellow-green wire (protective) - 2,5 mm²
- blue wire (neutral) - 6 mm²
- black wire (phase) - 6 mm²
Cross-sections were selected to meet the requirements of standards for temporary installations with a long-term load capacity corresponding to RDF = 0,7.
Certificates and manufacturing standard
The switchboard has been designed and tested according to the IEC 61439 assembly standard, confirming mechanical strength and the ability to operate in industrial conditions. The manufacturer has implemented a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD and operates according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The device has a CE declaration of conformity and certificates confirming the compliance of modular apparatus (CEBEC, IMQ, VDE).
