The PREMIUM series construction distribution board is a ready-to-use distribution device enclosed in a surface-mounted housing containing 12 modules arranged in a single row. Dimensions of 360 × 260 × 125 mm allow it to be mounted at the construction site entrance, on a temporary pole, or directly at the workstation. The enclosure is made of technopolymer - a material resistant to impact and weather conditions - with a grey front plate in RAL 7035 and a black back. An EPDM rubber seal and stainless steel screws maintain a sealing level of IP44, which means protection against objects >1 mm and water splashes.
The enclosure operates at a rated voltage of 1000 V, providing a safety margin for standard distribution networks. An RDF coefficient equal to 0.7 determines the permissible load during intermittent operation typical for construction equipment. The set includes a PG-16 cable gland allowing the introduction of supply cables to the three-phase busbar (8-module, wire cross-section 16 mm²).
On board, you will find four Schuko single-phase sockets (230 V, 16 A) with increased sealing of IP54, which perform even in light rain. These are complemented by two power sockets (400 V) - 32 A and 16 A - both in red housings of Type 3451 and 1385 respectively, adapted for work in difficult field conditions. The Schuko system is a German standard for two-pole sockets with grounding (2P+E), widely used in Europe.
Overcurrent breakers are responsible for protection. Two single-pole C16 with a short-circuit breaking capacity ≤10 kA protect the Schuko socket circuits; a separate three-pole C16 breaker protects the power socket. However, the key element is the RCCB residual current circuit breaker C40A /30 mA /4P, which additionally protects the 32 A power socket against leakage current - this is effective protection against indirect contact required on construction sites.
The enclosure meets the requirements of standards CEI-23-48/49 and IEC 670. The overcurrent breakers hold CE, CEBEC, IMQ, and VDE certificates; the residual current circuit breakers hold VDE, EAC, CE, and ÖVE certificates. The manufacturer has implemented a quality management system certified by an independent body according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard, and the distribution board design complies with IEC 61439 requirements. Wiring with H07V-K control wire complies with CPR and RoHS directives.
The distribution board is ready for connection - simply bring the supply cable to the main busbar and install the blanks from the mounting kit containing stainless steel screws.
