Complete power supply on the construction site

The pTD-S construction distribution board is a ready-to-use distribution device designed for temporary power supply on construction sites, in workshops, and during roadworks. Production is based on a management system certified by TÜV SÜD - which translates into repeatable quality of production processes.

The technopolymer housing ensures resistance to mechanical impact and atmospheric conditions. The front plate is grey RAL7035, while the rear plate is black - the entire unit is sealed with EPDM rubber. Mounting screws are made of stainless steel. The housing dimensions are 360 ×260 ×125 mm, accommodating 12 modules on a single TH/TS35 rail. The housing protection rating is IP44, and the rated voltage is 1000V. A PG-16 cable gland is included in the set.

Electrical equipment and sockets

The distribution board is equipped with power sockets - both in red:

• 1× CEE power socket type 3451 - 32A /5P /400V /IP44
• 1× CEE power socket type 1385 - 16A /5P /400V /IP44

Both are protected by miniature circuit breakers (C32/3P/6kA and C16/3P/10kA respectively).

There are also four Schuko single-phase sockets (German system type F) with parameters 230V /16A /IP54. Each is protected by a separate C16/1P/10kA breaker - this ensures that a fault in one circuit does not cause the others to shut down.

Inside, an 8-module /16mm² three-phase busbar is installed, and all wiring is made of H07V-K cables (yellow-green, black, and blue wires with cross-sections from 2,5 to 6 mm²) compliant with CPR and RoHS standards.

Operating parameters and standards

The rated current of the distribution board is 80A, and the operating voltage is 230/400VAC at 50Hz. The maximum short-circuit current Icc does not exceed 10kA, and the diversity factor is 0,7.

The product meets the requirements of the DIN61439-3 standard, confirmed by CE and IEC61439 certificates. The miniature circuit breakers also hold CEBEC, IMQ, and VDE certificates. The housing meets CEI-23-48/49 and IEC670 requirements.
