Complete solution for temporary power supply

The TD construction distribution board from the Doktorvolt line is a complete solution for electrical power distribution in areas requiring a temporary connection. Unlike simple terminal block distribution boards, the DV-2497-F model offers full equipment in the form of power and single-phase sockets and a built-in main switch - allowing for an immediate start of work after connecting the supply cable.

The enclosure, with dimensions 360 × 250 × 185 mm, houses modular apparatus on TH/TS35 rails and takes up little space even in tight construction site or workshop conditions. Made of technopolymer, it ensures resistance to impact and atmospheric conditions - the door is made of polycarbonate. The front panel of the enclosure is available in grey RAL7035 or black - both versions suit most industrial and utility environments.

Power sockets allow for the connection of three-phase devices - high-power power tools, compressors, or construction machinery. Three single-phase sockets will serve smaller power tools, work lighting, or chargers. All sockets have an IP44 ingress protection rating - protecting against water splashes and dust, which is important when working in open areas.

Control and internal wiring

Control is provided by a three-phase cam switch - a design adapted to the loads characteristic of temporary construction installations. The switch guarantees a full disconnection of power to all circuits at once.

The wiring is made of H07V-K flexible wires:

• yellow-green wire (protective) - cross-section 2,5-4 mm²
• black wire (phase) - cross-section 2,5-6 mm²
• blue wire (neutral) - cross-section 2,5-6 mm²

The use of multi-strand wire facilitates the routing of conductors inside the distribution board.

Standards and certificates

The manufacturer has implemented a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to ISO9001:2015. The distribution board itself meets the requirements of IEC670 and CEI-23-48/49 and IEC61439 standards - confirming compliance with European safety standards for modular distribution boards. The rated voltage of the enclosure is 1000 V, the rated current of the entire device is 40 A, and the short-circuit capacity ICC reaches ≤10 kA. An RDF (load factor) coefficient equal to 0,9 means high continuous load capacity during continuous or intermittent operation.

The set includes a PG-16 cable gland for the supply cable entry and a complete set of mounting screws with module blanking plates. The color of the front panel is available in two variants - grey RAL7035 or black - allowing the distribution board to be matched to the aesthetic conditions of a specific facility or user preference.
