Professional construction distribution board with full protection

The TD-S/FI SKH construction distribution board by Doktorvolt is a complete solution for electrical power distribution on construction sites, in workshops, and in industrial conditions. The device is equipped with eight single-phase 230 V / 16 A sockets in the German Schuko standard, supplied by a renowned European manufacturer - each of them operates under individual C16 overcurrent protection with a breaking capacity of 10 kA. This solution allows for the simultaneous powering of eight independent receivers without the risk of overloading a single circuit.

Protection against indirect contact is provided by a Type A residual current device with parameters 40 A / 30 mA - this device immediately disconnects the power in the event of detecting a leakage current, significantly increasing the safety of persons working near the distribution board. The entire wiring is made of H07V-K control cables with cross-sections of 2,5-6 mm², ensuring durable and reliable connections in compliance with CPR and RoHS standards.

Enclosure and operating conditions

The enclosure is made of technopolymer - a material resistant to mechanical impact and atmospheric factors. The front plate is grey RAL 7035, while the rear plate is black - this combination facilitates device identification in the work area. The door is made of polycarbonate, the seal from EPDM rubber, and the mounting screws from stainless steel - all to ensure the construction maintains its tightness even during intensive outdoor operation.

The enclosure protection rating is IP44, while the Schuko sockets have an IP54 class, meaning full dust tightness and protection against water jets. The enclosure dimensions are 365 × 250 × 185 mm, and the interior accommodates 12 modules arranged on a single TH35 rail - a configuration sufficient for modular devices and distribution elements.

Power supply and connection

A rubber H07RN-F cable with a cross-section of 5 × 4 mm² and a length of approximately 90 cm is used to connect the distribution board. It is terminated with a CEE ProTOP - 32 A / 5P / 400 V / IP44 plug, which enables connection to both three-phase (400 V) and single-phase (230 V) networks. The rated current of the device is 32 A, and the simultaneous use factor RDF is 0,6 - information useful when designing temporary installations.

The set also includes a PG-21 type cable gland and a complete set of phase busbar covers.

The manufacturer has implemented a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD (ISO 9001:2015), which guarantees the repeatability of production processes and full traceability of every unit - each distribution board has a serial number and a dedicated certificate of conformity. The device meets the requirements of the following standards:

• CSN EN 60898 and SN EN 60947-2 - for overcurrent protection devices,
• IEC 61439 - for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies,

The distribution board is ready for operation immediately after connection to the power source - it requires no additional wiring or configuration.
