The TD-S/FI SKH 2x32A 4x230V Schuko Doktorvolt construction distribution board is a complete power solution for professionals working in difficult construction and industrial conditions. The device has been designed with maximum functionality and user safety in mind.

Construction and materials ensuring durability in all conditions

The housing made of technopolymer guarantees resistance to mechanical damage and atmospheric conditions. Dimensions of 365 × 250 × 185 mm and 12 modules in one row ensure optimal component density while maintaining compact dimensions. The front plate in grey RAL 7035 features an aesthetic appearance, while the black rear plate hides the installation elements.

The door made of polycarbonate is impact-resistant. The EPDM rubber seal and stainless steel screws ensure long-term housing tightness at the IP44 level. The PG-29 cable gland allows for the safe entry of the connection cable.

Power and safety system for professional applications

The device is equipped with 4 230V 16A Mennekes sockets with an IP54 ingress protection class, which protect against dust and water jets. Each socket is protected by a C16 1P 10kA MCB, ensuring protection against overload and short circuits.

Two 400V 32A Mennekes type CEE power sockets (red) with an IP44 ingress protection class enable the power supply of devices with high current consumption. These sockets are protected by C32 3P 10kA MCBs, protecting the power circuits from overload.

The 63A 30mA type A RCCB residual current circuit breaker provides protection against electric shock by immediately disconnecting the power when current differences occur.

Certificates, standards, and operational parameters

The H07RN-F connection cable with a cross-section of 5×10mm² and a length of approximately 90 cm is terminated with a CEE 63A 5P IP67 PCE Twist Type plug, enabling safe connection to the power grid. The internal wiring is made of H07V-K wires with cross-sections from 2.5 to 6 mm².

The three-phase busbar with a cross-section of 12 mm² is equipped with a complete set of end caps and CLIPFIX end holders, guaranteeing secure module installation.

The product meets the requirements of European standards: CE, IEC and holds the TÜV SÜD ISO quality management system certificate. The residual current circuit breaker meets the requirements of IEC EN PN-EN61009-1, and the MCBs meet IEC EN PN-EN61008-1 and VDE.

The distribution board is ready for connection and can be used on construction sites, road areas, in industrial plants, workshops, and during the organization of mass outdoor events.
