The TD-S/FI distribution board is a complete distribution device designed for temporary power supply on construction sites, in workshops, and industrial plants. Unlike simple distributors without devices, this model offers full overcurrent protection for the sockets and a residual current circuit breaker - meaning protection against overload and indirect contact in one set.
The enclosure accommodates 12 modules on a single TH/TS 35 mm rail. It is made of technopolymer - a material resistant to impact and weather conditions. The front plate is gray RAL 7035, and the rear is black. Polycarbonate doors ensure visibility of the devices through the inspection window. An EPDM rubber gasket and stainless steel mounting screws guarantee an IP44 tightness for the entire enclosure - dust and water splashes are not a problem even with surface mounting in open areas.
The dimensions of the enclosure with installed sockets are 360 × 250 × 200 mm - a compact body that is easy to transport between workstations. A PG-16 gland is included for the power cable entry.
On the front of the distribution board, two single-phase Schuko sockets (type F) are installed with a voltage of 230 V and a rated current of 16 A - each in IP54 protection class. Each is protected by a C16 1P 10 kA miniature circuit breaker (MCB). The Schuko system is a German standard widely used in Central Europe for tools, lighting, and small construction equipment.
The third socket is a CEE power socket (five-pole) - a red Mennekes brand socket for three-phase voltage 400 V / 32 A, in IP44 class. It can power a transformer welder, a three-phase concrete mixer, or a piston compressor. Protection is provided by a C32 3P miniature circuit breaker (MCB) with a breaking capacity of 10 kA.
Protection against indirect contact is provided by a Type A residual current circuit breaker - parameters 40 A / 30 mA / 4-pole. In the event of current leakage through the human body or a damp environment, it will disconnect the circuit in a fraction of a second. The RCCB complies with IEC 61009-1 and EN 61009-1 standards.
A LE-02d MID three-phase meter manufactured by F&F is also mounted on the rail - certified according to the MID (Measuring Instruments Directive), which means it is legalized for electricity consumption billing. It measures active power in a three-phase AC system +/-10%, with a measuring range of 3 × 5A(80)A. The LCD display shows consumption in kWh - the installer can monitor energy costs on the construction site in real time.
Internal wiring is made of H07V-K stranded conductors with cross-sections of 2,5-6 mm² (black and blue phase wires + yellow-green protective wire). The N+N+PE busbar accommodates conductors up to 12 mm².
The manufacturer has implemented a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to ISO 9001:2015. The distribution board meets the requirements of the CE low voltage directive, the IEC 61439 construction standard, and holds European certificates covering miniature circuit breakers (CSN EN 60898), switchgear (SN EN 60947-2), and the sockets themselves (CEI-23-48/49). Continuous current is 40 A, rated voltage is 230/400 V, and short-circuit capacity ICC ≤ 10 kA.
