The TD-SFI SKH construction distribution board is a complete power solution for professionals working in harsh conditions. The device combines the functionality of standard and power sockets, providing safe and reliable power for all types of electrical equipment on a construction site.

Construction and enclosure materials

The enclosure made of technopolymer ensures high mechanical and chemical resistance. The front plate in grey RAL 7035 features an aesthetic appearance, while the black rear plate masks operational dirt. The polycarbonate doors are resistant to impact and UV radiation.

Dimensions of 360 × 250 × 185 mm and 12 modules in one row ensure a compact design while maintaining full functionality. Surface mounting allows for quick installation on walls or temporary structures. EPDM rubber seals and an IP54 protection rating protect against dust and moisture.

Socket system and electrical protections

Four 230V/16A sockets of the German Schuko system (IP54) allow for the connection of standard office equipment and hand tools. Two power sockets with an IP67 ingress protection class provide safe power for three-phase loads: one 32A/400V for high-power machinery and one 16A/400V for medium-power devices.

The protection system includes an RCD 40A/30mA/4P Type A, protecting against earth leakage, and MCBs: two C16/1P/10kA for the 230V sockets, and one each of C32/3P/10kA and C16/3P/10kA for the power sockets.

Wiring and main power supply

The H07RN-F 5×4mm² type connection cable with a length of approximately 90 cm ensures installation flexibility. The CEE ProTOP 32A/5P/400V/IP44 plug enables a secure connection to the three-phase network. Internal wiring is made of H07V-K wires with cross-sections ranging from 2,5mm² to 6mm², guaranteeing minimal voltage drops.

The rated voltage of the enclosure is 1000V, and the main rated current is 32A. A diversity factor (RDF) of 0,7 allows for optimal use of the installation while maintaining a safety margin.

Normative compliance and certificates

The product meets the requirements of European standards: CE certificates confirming compliance with EU directives, IEC standards regarding distribution installations, and the CEI standard for electrical equipment. The manufacturer's quality management system has been certified by TÜV SÜD according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

The RCD has full normative documentation (IEC EN PN-EN STN), and the modular apparatus meets VDE standard requirements regarding the safety of low-voltage electrical installations.
