Comprehensive construction site power supply

The FRED SKH construction distribution board is a ready-to-use distribution device designed for temporary electrical power supply in locations lacking permanent infrastructure. It comes factory-equipped with a H07RN-F connection cable with a cross-section of 5×2,5 mm² (length approximately 70 cm) and a MENNEKES ProTop plug with parameters 16A / 400V / 5P / IP44 - simply connect it to the main distribution board and immediately use the full set of sockets. The device operates at a rated voltage of 230 V / 50 Hz AC and a current of 16 A.

Housing and construction

The distribution board is enclosed in a type 010.A.PL hermetic box made of PVC - this material provides mechanical resistance while maintaining a relatively low weight for the entire device. The front plate is gray RAL 7035 (standard in electrical fittings), while the rear plate is black. The housing dimensions are 245 × 195 × 95 mm, allowing for surface mounting even in tight spaces - such as on fence posts or temporary supporting structures.

The housing protection degree is IP44, which means an effective barrier against objects >1 mm and water splashes from any direction. The set includes a PG-16 cable gland, through which the connection cable is routed - a universal solution that allows for replacing the cable with a longer one without interfering with the construction of the distribution board itself.

The maximum cross-section of the supported connection cable is 16 mm², providing a margin for potential installation expansion or connecting receivers with a higher current draw than nominal.

Sockets and internal wiring

The distribution board offers five sockets in two standards:

Three single-phase sockets 230 V / Schuko / 16 A (blue) allow for connecting standard power tools, work lighting, or chargers - each protected against dust and water jets (IP54). Two power sockets 400 V / CEE / 16 A (red) enable the power supply of three-phase devices: welders, concrete mixers, compressors, or portable cranes. Their housing provides IP44 - sufficient for outdoor use on a construction site.

The interior of the distribution board is factory-wired with H07V-K control wires with a cross-section of 2,5 mm²: a yellow-green protective core and two working cores (black and blue).

The FRED SKH distribution board is effective everywhere temporary power is needed:
