Temporary power supply at workstations

The TD-S/FI SKH Doktorvolt construction distribution board is a ready-to-use distribution device designed for the temporary power supply of power tools, work lighting, and other single-phase receivers. Equipped with seven single-phase sockets (six of which are additionally protected by a lock via a common switch), it offers flexible connection possibilities on construction sites or in workshops.

The surface-mounted enclosure accommodates 12 modules on a single TH35 rail. Made of technopolymer - the front plate is grey RAL 7035, the back is black. Polycarbonate doors ensure visibility of the device status through a transparent protective flap. An EPDM rubber seal and stainless steel mounting of all elements guarantee an IP44 protection level, allowing for use in open areas even in rainy weather. A PG-21 cable gland for the power cable entry is included.

Operating parameters: operating voltage 230/400V AC / 50Hz, maximum continuous current 40A, short-circuit current up to 10kA. An RDF load factor of 0.7 means that the device is not intended for continuous operation at full load of all sockets simultaneously.

Electrical protections

The heart of the distribution board is a Type A RCD (Residual Current Device) with parameters 40A / 30mA / 4-pole, which protects against indirect contact - i.e., a situation where voltage appears on conductive parts accessible to touch due to damaged device insulation.

Safe energy distribution is ensured by C16 / 1-pole / 10kA MCBs (miniature circuit breakers) - three serve the sockets additionally protected by a lock via a common "0-1" main switch, while the others protect dedicated circuits. This configuration allows for selective disconnection of individual circuits without shutting down the whole system, or a total power cutoff with a single movement.

Internal wiring is made of H07V-K wire with a core cross-section of 2.5 mm² - the wire color coding (yellow-green = protective, blue = neutral, black = phase) complies with current installation standards.

Sockets and wiring

All single-phase sockets are type E (French-Belgian system) with an IP44 protection class - each equipped with a grounding pin. Six sockets are protected by dedicated MCBs and additionally equipped with a common lock via the main switch - this allows for disconnecting a group of circuits or a single socket without affecting the others.

One socket operates independently - protected solely by a dedicated C16 MCB.

The distribution board is effective everywhere temporary power is needed:

• construction sites and roadwork areas,
• industrial halls during startup or modernization,
• automotive workshops and garages,
• single-family home construction,
• green areas and outdoor events.

The manufacturer has implemented a management system certified by TÜV SÜD - this ensures repeatable quality of the production process and transparent information flow at every stage of order fulfillment.

The distribution board meets the requirements of the IEC 61439-3 standard regarding distribution boards for intended use under unsupervised conditions (e.g., on construction sites). The enclosure also holds the CEI-23-48/49 certificate and meets IEC670 requirements.
