Mobile construction distribution board with full protection

The TD-S/FI SKH portable electrical distribution board is a complete solution for temporary power supply on construction sites, in workshops, and industrial plants. The device is delivered fully wired - simply plug it into the power source and all sockets are ready for immediate use.

The enclosure, made of technopolymer with dimensions 365 × 250 × 185 mm, accommodates 12 modules in a single row. The front plate is grey RAL 7035, while the back is black. The door is made of polycarbonate, ensuring resistance to mechanical impact. An EPDM rubber seal protects the interior from moisture and dust - the enclosure achieves an IP44 ingress protection rating. Mounting screws are made of stainless steel, eliminating corrosion issues even during long-term outdoor operation.

The set also includes a PG-29 cable gland, allowing for the introduction of additional cabling.

Electrical equipment and sockets

The distribution board features two Mennekes power sockets (type 3451) with parameters 400 V / 32 A / 5P, in red - each is protected by a C32 circuit breaker with a rated current of 10 kA. Additionally, four Mennekes sockets for 230 V / 16 A / 2P+E are installed, arranged two per circuit protected by a C16 (10 kA) circuit breaker.

Indirect contact protection is provided by an SEZ residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) with a rated current of 63 A and a sensitivity of 30 mA. Inside the enclosure, a three-phase busbar is installed with a conductor cross-section sufficient for the safe distribution of power between individual circuits.

Power supply and cabling

The connection is made via an H07RN-F supply cable with a conductor cross-section exactly sufficient for loads in the range of several dozen amperes. The cable is approximately 90 cm long - sufficient for convenient maneuvering of the distribution board without excessive slack. The CEE PCE Type 035-6 TWIST plug with parameters 63 A / 5P / IP67 ensures a tight connection to the power source even in outdoor conditions.

Internal wiring is made of H07V-K flexible wires in yellow-green (protective), blue (neutral), and black (phase) colors, facilitating wire identification during any potential service work.

The device itself meets the requirements of the CE directive, enclosure standards according to international classification, and regulations regarding complete switchgear assemblies. The residual current circuit breaker also holds certificates from European electrotechnical standardization institutions - confirming compliance with rigorous requirements for protective devices used in temporary installations.
