The FRED SKH construction distribution board is a complete solution for electrical energy distribution in locations without permanent infrastructure. Equipped with two single-phase Schuko sockets with a voltage of 230 V / 16 A (IP54) and two power sockets 400 V / 16 A (IP44), it allows for the simultaneous powering of both small hand tools and devices requiring three-phase power - such as welders, concrete mixers, compressors, or pumps.

The PVC housing has dimensions of 245 × 195 × 95 mm and is surface-mounted. The front panel is kept in a neutral gray color RAL 7035 - highly visible and easy to keep clean even during intensive use. The IP44 protection rating of the enclosure ensures resistance to dust and splashing water from any direction.

Electrical equipment, sockets, and wiring

Circuit isolation is handled by the SEZ S40 JD cam switch - a four-pole on-off switch with a rated current of 40 A and a voltage of 690 V. The control lever with a nameplate allows for a quick disconnection of power to all sockets with a single movement - useful during a failure or extended work breaks.

The distribution board is equipped with:

• Two Schuko Type F sockets (230 V / IP54) - blue, dedicated to single-phase devices. The higher IP54 sealing degree allows for use even in humidity or light rain.
• Two CEE power sockets (400 V / IP44) - red, enabling the connection of three-phase devices.

The Schuko system is characterized by a symmetrical design of the grounding pin - it can be inserted without the need for precise angular alignment of the plug.

The interior of the distribution board is wired with H07V-K type conductors with a cross-section of 2,5 mm² in classic color coding:

• yellow-green - protective conductor,
• blue - neutral conductor,
• black - phase L1/L2/L3.

The distribution board is connected via an H07RN-F cable (flexible rubber) with a cross-section of 5 × 2,5 mm² and a length of approximately 70 cm, terminated with an IP44 power plug. The maximum permissible cross-section of the connection cable is 16 mm².

A PG-21 cable gland suitable for cables with a diameter of 13-18 mm is also included in the set.

Production takes place under a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD, as confirmed by the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The distribution board complies with the CE directive and the IEC 61439 design standard, guaranteeing compliance with European safety standards for industrial distribution boards.
