Professional construction distribution board with energy consumption control

The TD-S/FI Doktorvolt® construction distribution board is a complete solution for powering temporary electrical installations on construction sites, in workshops, and garages. Equipped with a German Schuko socket system and a built-in electricity consumption meter, it ensures safe access to energy while simultaneously controlling operating costs.

Construction and housing materials

The housing is made of high-quality technopolymer - the front plate is gray RAL7035, and the rear plate is black. Polycarbonate doors ensure durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Stainless steel mounting elements and an EPDM rubber seal guarantee the long-term tightness of the device.

The compact design with dimensions of 360 × 250 × 185 mm fits into the standard installation space of one module row (12 modules). Surface mounting allows for quick attachment to a wall or temporary structure. The IP54 protection rating protects against dust and water droplets, allowing for operation in difficult weather conditions.

Power supply and safety system

The device is equipped with three Mennekes Schuko sockets (German Type F system) with parameters of 230V/16A each, with an IP54 protection rating. Each socket has an individual SEZ C16A/10kA overcurrent protection, protecting against overload and short circuits.

Operational safety is ensured by a SEZ Type A RCCB residual current circuit breaker with parameters of 40A/30mA, which protects against electric shock when touching live parts. The 4M/10mm² single-phase busbar enables proper energy distribution to all loads.

Energy consumption control and wiring

The built-in MID LE-01d F&F single-phase electricity meter with a measuring range of 5(45)A enables precise control of energy consumption by connected devices. The wiring system is made of H07V-K insulated wires with cross-sections of 2,5mm² (PE) and 4mm² (L), ensuring adequate current capacity while maintaining installation safety.

The operating parameters of the distribution board are a rated voltage of 230/400V AC, a rated current of 40A, short-circuit strength ≤10kA, and an IP54 tightness class. The device meets the requirements of CEI-23-48/49 and IEC670 standards, confirming its safety for use in professional environments.
