A construction distribution board with a built-in energy consumption meter is a complete solution designed for professional use in harsh conditions. The PREMIUM pTD-S series product is equipped with a German Schuko socket system and high-quality components from renowned manufacturers.

High-quality construction and components

A solid housing made of technopolymer ensures resistance to mechanical damage and atmospheric conditions. Dimensions of 360 × 260 × 125 mm and an IP65 ingress protection rating guarantee safe use on construction sites and in industry. The front panel in grey RAL 7035 is made of polycarbonate, and the EPDM gasket ensures long-lasting sealing.

The power system includes two 230V 16A sockets with IP54 protection and one 400V 16A power socket IP44, all from a renowned brand. Each socket is protected by miniature circuit breakers from a renowned manufacturer with C16 characteristics - two single-phase for the 230V sockets and one three-phase for the power socket. All protections have a rated breaking capacity of 10kA, ensuring effective protection against overload.

Application and functionality

In industrial plants, it enables the safe connection of machines to the power socket, and in workshops and garages, it provides access to energy for various equipment.

A professional three-phase meter allows for precise monitoring of power consumption up to 80A. The wiring system is made of H07V-K cables with cross-sections of 2,5 mm² and 4 mm² in yellow-green, black, and blue colors, complying with CPR, RoHS, and CE standards.

Safety and certification

The product meets the requirements of CEI-23-48/49 and IEC 670 standards, and the production process is certified by TÜV SÜD according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The circuit breakers possess CEBEC, IMQ, and VDE certificates. The distribution board operates at a rated voltage of 230/400V AC, a current of 48A, and a short-circuit current of ≤10kA.
