Portable fully protected distribution board for construction sites

The TR-S/FI construction distribution board is a fully equipped device for temporary electrical power distribution. Equipped with a residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) and overcurrent protection for each circuit - it is ready for operation from the first connection.

The enclosure accommodates 12 modules in one row and is made of technopolymer for the body and polycarbonate for the door. The front plate is gray RAL7035, and the rear is black. The overall dimensions with installed sockets are 310 × 275 × 120 mm, and the device weight is approximately 5.2 kg. The enclosure protection rating is IP44 - protection against objects >1 mm and water splashes from any angle.

Sockets and circuit configuration

Four single-phase Schuko sockets (type F, German system) with a voltage of 230 V / 16 A each are placed on the front plate - the IP54 classification allows for their use in open air even in rain. Additionally, three CEE power sockets manufactured by Bals are mounted on the bottom wall:

• 1× power socket 400 V / 32 A / IP54 - for powering heavy machinery and welding machines,
• 2× power socket 400 V / 16 A / IP54 - for industrial power tools and three-phase equipment.

Each socket has its own overcurrent protection. Schuko circuits are protected by four single-pole C16 circuit breakers (6 kA), while the power circuits are protected by one three-pole C16 circuit breaker (6 kA). Protection against indirect contact is provided by a four-pole RCCB type A, rated residual current ≤30 mA.

Power supply and wiring

An H07RN-F connection cable with a working conductor cross-section of N+PE+3L = PE + N + L1 + L2 + L3 = five cores ×4 mm² is included with the distribution board. Flexible H07V-K control wire in yellow-green (protective), black, and blue ensures correct wire identification throughout the internal installation. The connection plug is a robust 32 A / five-pin / IP44 connector, compatible with standard construction and industrial distribution boards.

The rated current of the device is 32 A at an operating voltage up to max. current ICC ≤10 kA. An RDF coefficient equal to 0.6 indicates the permissible continuous load relative to peak power - typically sufficient to simultaneously power power tools with a total power of up to approximately 22 kW.

Standards and certificates

Production takes place in a quality management system certified by TÜV SÜD according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Circuit breakers meet CE and IEC60898 requirements, and the distribution board design itself meets the IEC61439 series standards. The wiring has CPR (reaction to fire) and RoHS certifications. The entire unit is marked with the CE sign as a complete product ready for use.

The device is ideal for construction sites and roadworks, in industrial plants and craft workshops requiring power supply, as well as during DIY home building or organizing outdoor events in areas without permanent electrical infrastructure.
