The XS series construction distribution board is a completely assembled solution for electrical energy distribution - ready to connect without additional installation work. The device is equipped with two single-phase Schuko sockets (type E with protective earth pin) with a capacity of 16 A / 230 V and one three-phase CEE socket with parameters of 32 A / 400 V. The total rated current reaches 48 A.

The housing dimensions are 224 × 133 × 110 mm. The set includes mounting bolts for wall mounting and two rubber grommets protecting the cable entries from moisture and dirt.

Wiring - ready to work immediately after unpacking

The distribution board is delivered fully wired. The wires are already prepared and color-coded according to installation standards:

This configuration ensures correct polarity and protective continuity in every socket. The device does not contain internal overcurrent protections - the installer selects them individually during the connection stage to the main distribution board or construction panel.

Resistance to weather conditions and certificates

The plastic housing achieves an IP44 ingress protection rating, which means protection against solid objects with a diameter greater than 1 mm and against splashing water from any direction. The material is UV resistant - the housing will not crack or deform under long-term exposure to sunlight.

The operating temperature range from -25 °C to +50 °C makes the device suitable for both autumn finishing works and summer heat on an open construction site.

The manufacturer declares compliance with the IEC 61439 standard, CE certification, and the use of the TÜV SÜD ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Each unit undergoes individual tests confirming compliance with IEC requirements - important information for installers issuing acceptance protocols for temporary installations.
