Complete solution for construction sites and investments

The TD series distribution boards are complete electrical power distribution stations designed for the demanding conditions of construction sites and large-scale building investments. Model DV-1482-F features a high protection rating of IP54, meaning full resistance to dust and water jets from any direction. The plastic enclosure is additionally protected against UV radiation, allowing it to maintain its mechanical properties even during long-term sun exposure.

Dimensions of 365 × 260 × 125 mm allow for convenient wall mounting or stable placement at the work site. The rear of the enclosure features holes for permanent mounting, and an optional transport handle can be purchased - the distribution board works effectively as both a stationary installation and a portable power station.

Socket equipment and connection flexibility

The distribution board offers five sockets with different configurations:

• 4 single-phase type E sockets (1P+N+PE) - voltage 230 V, current 16 A, standard sockets with a grounding pin intended for commonly used power tools and devices;
• 1 three-phase CEE socket (3P+N+PE) - voltage 400 V, current 16 A, dedicated to heavy machinery, welders, or generators requiring three-phase power.

This combination allows for the simultaneous powering of both small hand tools and heavier construction equipment requiring higher power.

Electrical protection devices and emergency control

Model DV-1482-F is equipped with a full set of protections:

• Residual current device (RCD) 40 A / 30 mA type A - protects against electric shock from leakage current and detects DC pulsating currents generated by modern power supplies;
• Three-phase MCB C16A (3P+N) - protects the power circuit against overload and short circuits;
• Single-phase MCB C16A (1P+N) - protects the 230 V socket circuits.

The C characteristic signifies a moderate delay during switching, allowing for the trouble-free startup of devices with electric motors without nuisance tripping. Each circuit has a short-circuit current rating of up to 10 kA.

Operational safety is ensured by the "mushroom" safety button NG22 XBS - an emergency stop switch located on the front panel that allows for the immediate disconnection of all circuits with a single movement. This is a standard solution required at workstations using machines and portable tools.

IEC 61439 standard and certification

Every DOKTORVOLT distribution board undergoes mandatory measurement tests before shipping to confirm the correctness of connections and the operation of all components. The manufacturer issues a certificate of conformity with the IEC 61439 standard, which specifies requirements for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies - covering mechanical strength, insulation, short-circuit capacity, and component completeness.

The product also holds TÜV SÜD certificates, a CE declaration, and meets the requirements of the quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Wiring is performed using Bitner brand wires in the H07V-K standard - protective conductors in yellow-green (cross-section 2.5-4 mm²), neutral in blue (2.5-6 mm²), and phase in black (2.5-4 mm²). M32 cable glands are used for cable entry.

An operating temperature range from −25 °C to +50 °C allows for the use of the distribution board year-round, including during the heating season or during finishing works conducted in late autumn.
